Beautiful property gutted we didn’t have time to sample the food as we used this for a stay with the local York half marathon. Would definitely stay again and very dog friendly for our little pooch.

Very warm welcome on arrival, was able to check in early. Room was enormous, very comfortable, with large bathroom with lovely hot shower. Food & drink excellent; staff couldn't have been better. Highly recommend

Great place to stay. Modern and clean. The team there were so welcoming - special mention to the manager Louise and Laura - they just could no do enough to make us welcome. I would highly recommend. Best English breakfast I’ve had for a long time.

Super friendly staff at both check in and breakfast. Very well appointed rooms, lovely restaurant and outside seating area (weather permitting!).

We absolutely loved our Saturday night stay. Food was delicious on the evening, and breakfast the next day was super. The room was lovely, too. Will definitely be back later in the year.

The dinner and drinks were not only delicious but there were many options available. Additionally, the included breakfast was amazing. I want extend my gratitude to the host for their warm hospitality throughout our stay. Their attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out. Overall, The Plum and Partridge left a lasting impression, and I look forward to returning when I'm back in the area. It's a definite must-visit for anyone seeking a memorable and comfortable stay.
