Best hotel in Istanbul, clean, good location. Staff is AMAZING, so friendly. I will only stay here every time I visit Istanbul!

Radisson and the entire staff made our stay very safe, comfortable, and super convenient for our needs. Each and every single person we interacted with, received support and guidance from during the entire stay made it a wonderful experience. The bellboy and support squad were always the ones in the lobby and outside, ready to help right away. Big thank you to Mert, Atakan, Koray and all others as well. The cleaning staff, amazing. They were so kind and humble to care for our place, each and every day. Bringing the newest sheets and best room replenishments I've seen in Türkiye so far. Big thank you to Zeynep, Tuğba, and all others that supported during our stay. On a daily basis, we were greeted by kind, smiley and generous staff at the front desk. Huge thank you to Safiye who was the kind young woman that assisted us from day one, until the end. Kübra, and many of the other staff alike. Elif in the gym, the women and men who check in to help with all amenities of fitness and the pool, were very kind and supportive. Every visit. Each and every single individual made it the best experience ever, and this location absolutely lives up to it's standard as a Radisson Hospitality hub, owning up to the Carlson name and legacy. The staff here should be very well observed to be given the best treatment, benefits, and highest of raises. They all truly deserve it with grace. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you. Amazing, lovely service. They actually care about their guests and their comfort. We had an issue with the AC in our room the first night. They went above and beyond and even upgraded our room. Would highly recommend! Also cleanliness is huge for me and this property surprised me how clean the rooms were! Amazing!!!!

Amazing service. Kind staff from check in, to bussers, waiters and waitresses, to the incredible cleaning crew. All of these folks made it a wonderful experience we’re very happy and kept extending for the duration that we need. Warm thank you to the Radisson Hotel Istanbul Merter team.

Great hotel, newly opened and good staff. Will stay here again

This property is a new construction and the service was impeccable. It is exactly what you would expect from a brand new hotel. The room and bathroom was clean and modern. The staff were all extremely friendly (as were all the locals). I booked a one bedroom suite and the hotel gave me a rollaway bed and made up the couch for my toddlers. I would definitely recommend staying at this property. It was a $10-$15 Uber ride to all the tourist attractions. Definitely a great stay.

I really enjoyed my short stay at this Hotel. I got the pleasure of meeting and working with Bengu from the front desk. She absolutely went above and beyond with in helping me in everything I have asked for. She did everything in a very well organized manner and with positive attitude and smile.

The front desk was super helpful and nice. They let me stay longer in my room, because i had a late flight. I highly recommend it. I will stay here again.

I stayed here with my family for a week and they upgraded us to a bigger room due to availability. The rooms are very clean and modern. Staff is very helpful and friendly. This will be our go to hotel for our Istanbul stays from now on. Definitely recommend!
