Everything was fine, except for the bathroom amenities. I rented two rooms, one of which didn't have a shower and didn't have a bathroom key.

Semuanya baik, hanya kurang di kelengkapan kamar mandi. Aku sewa 2 kamar yang 1 tidak ada shower dan tidak ada kunci kamar mandi.

The hotel staff is very friendly and very helpful, the price is pocket-friendly, for business trips.

Staff hotel sangat ramah dan sangat membantu, harga sesuai saku, untuk perjalanan bisnis.

When I arrived, I requested early check-in at 9 AM.

It was already written on the app.

But when I arrived, the receptionist didn't look at the app and said that if I wanted to check in early, I had to pay 50,000 Rupiah.

There shouldn't be an additional fee.

Pas sampe minta checkin lebih awal jam 9 pagi..
di aplikasi sudah di tulis..
tapi pada saat datang resepsionis tidak melihat aplikasi dan bilang jika ingin checkin lebih awal harus bayar 50rb… 
seharusnya tidak perlu membayar biaya tambahan..

The water channel is clogged, the tap water is very small, it takes a long time to store water, the walls are moldy. The cleanliness is okay, the AC, TV are good.

Saluran air-nya mampet, air kran kecil banget, nampung air lama banget, tembok berjamur. Kebersihan-nya oke, AC, TV baik.

The hotel manager is very friendly, the room is clean, the AC is cold, if I have the chance to go to Pangandaran again, I will definitely stay here
