A beautiful experience from the welcome to the departure. The courtyard, the room, the gardens, the spa, the pool. Everything was wonderful and everyone so helpful. Definitely worth a visit

Not luxury. Looks beautiful, showy floral displays, large table lamps, little piles of books everywhere(mostly French). No hotel or surroundings information. We weren’t aware of some of the facilities provided. If you wanted to know anything you had to contact reception. Looks beautiful everywhere but not a good atmosphere about the place. If you want to have a drink in the bar you need to reserve a place. Staff are very friendly and helpful but still reserved. Mini bar not stocked up with water every day. Accessibility to this hotel is very limited. Taxis won’t drop you off there but if you book through reception they will come and pick you up. A longish walk down to the shops and restaurants which feels longer walking back!

Amazing hotel with plenty of dining options nearby. It offers a unique experience, showcasing how missionaries lived in the past. The only downside is the need to walk a few hundred meters for a taxi or Uber pickup, but the hotel conveniently provides a golf cart for pickups and drop-offs.

A wonderful design experience, and a staff that was entirely preoccupied in making you feel good. Truly an exceptional experience.

We had a real good stay at this fantastic hotel: Architecture, styling, service: to the smallest details perfect! One point to improve urgently: the process at breakfast is to complicated and to slow. The staff can't work this way.

Tranquil and beautiful hotel with an amazing courtyard, lovely terraced garden, a heated outdoor pool and also an indoor swimming pool . The bread at breakfast is homemade and utterly delicious as were the jam, honey, pastries and cheese. There was however not much fruit on offer, something we love for breakfast. Coffe and tea are pretty expensive.

Great concept of a hotel and good attempt at 5 stars but fails at customer service. It is located at the top of a hill in old nice where no cars can come. On arrival a buggy was able to transfer me from the street up to the hotel which is about half a mile away. My flight was at 5 am and I called the night before confirming that a buggy would transfer me to the same location to catch my uber. When leaving the hotel, my luggage was brought to the front and I was told goodbye. When asked about the buggy, the night manager states I was told that a buggy was not available. When I told the night manager that the previous staff confirmed they would transfer me, he told me I was wrong. I promptly walked a half a mile alone as a women with 3 luggage's in the early morning streets of. i've, an unsafe venture. As a five star hotel, they cannot manage the safety of guest and I would not recommmend it. I hope in the future they put guests first and there safety. I felt scared for my life alone walking the streets trying to find my uber. Sadly the amount I paid for the hotel does not transfer to the service I was given. The night manager knew how upset I was and did not apologize and no manager has reached out. Additionally, i was woken up almost4 times my first morning asking for house cleaning which i requested each time to come back in the afternoon yet the message was not relayed and finally the manager approached me asking when they can come clean.

Excellent hotel, offering a different kind of hospitality, beyond what you'd normally find in a luxury accomodation. Everything seems to be thought through and the attention to detail is top notch. Really an impressive experience.

The hotel is beautiful and a real oasis away from the busy and crowded central Nice. However, we found reception staff unprofessional and arrogant. We were left alone for 30mins when we first arrived, told to sit down and wait while staff sat on their laptops ignoring us, while the reception was not busy. It wasn't a great start. We found the hotel very overpriced - 48euros for breakfast or homemade breads and omelette, while although delicious, charging so much, just leaves a bad taste in your mouth. For us, to feel well looked after, welcomed and fair prices would make the difference to return or not, or to recommend the hotel to others.

A truly exceptional hotel. It differs significantly from other five-star hotels. We only found the service at breakfast not optimal. Otherwise everything was great and an absolute recommendation.

This is an interesting new hotel where I think the "kinks" are being worked out. There are few to no general access areas to sit and relax (lobby, grounds) and the bar and restaurant area is small and access was crowded due to many non guests coming in to access the facility. The location of the hotel is at a premium, and overall the hotel is a very nice place to stay, although I wonder if non guests should be allowed in at all.

Wow. A beautiful hotel with an outstanding garden, pool and grounds. Great service and food. The Roman baths and spa massages were top notch. You felt like you were in the countryside of Provence but you were in the center of Nice in historic convent buildings.

Interesting place. Firstly the good bits, the spa is amazing, the staff are nice, the restaurant and bar are lovely and it’s quiet and tranquil in comparison to the area, which is busy and very touristy (as expected). Now the not so good - the room faced other rooms and people in showers and in bed! The shower room didn’t really work with just a curtain separating from the bedroom. The drinks offering was crazy! full sized bottles of spirits at quite crazy prices! A Sonos speaker that wouldn’t connect and has to be done via the Sonos app! The room was smelly from the drains (sometimes), the power sockets were all in the wrong place and at ground level, which is crazy for a place that opened 4 weeks ago. The cost for breakfast is ludicrous! The main pool is small but in a lovely position above the hotel… but you must be fit and without any physical disabilities to get there.. the way up is also not very nice. It’s way too expensive for what you get and please don’t try to get there in a hire car.. we spent an hour looking for the place and then walked from a car park.. oh the hotel do have a meet and greet area, but no one told us! Also the hotel charges €60 per day when the actual cost is €30 per day!?! A rip off joint if ever I’ve been to one
