Worst hotel we have ever stayed in not worth the money you pay, sleep in your car instead

Property a bit dated but very friendly staff sand it's good enough for a stop and go off your driving to/from Spain

The worse place i stayed in my life. And I have stayed from 0 star to 5 star hotels But never had come.across such a situation. Problem with check in. There shouldnt be as there is a machind outside to check in. Room dirty, pee in toilet, blood on towels, bleach smell in room. We arrived very late and were extremely tired, but inly survived 4 hours and left. Unacceptable place.

expedia double charged me and the the hotel made me pay another47 euros to gain entry. complete rip off and i want my money back?

Budget hotel, basic, good for one night stay. For restaurants, drive to nearby town (4km). Breakfast was adequate. Room was clean but towels weren't fresh. Wifi okay in réception area. Good value for money.

This is a very basic hotel so it seemed overpriced when we stayed there. It was clean and obviously recently decorated. The rooms are very small and the bathroom is the smallest I’ve seen! We didn’t even attempt to shower! However it was Covid safe and in a good location for an overnight transit stop.

The rooms are basic, but affordable, clean and quiet. Convenient location next to the highway. Some traffic at rush hour though. The staff was very nice, all the rooms are non-smoking but a previous customer had obviously smoked in the room I was first given. The staff gave me the key to another room right away. No fuss

No reception until 1700hrs.My name would not operate the automatic reception despite booking with Hotels.com. Had to wait 40 minutes for reception.

Very small room. Sliding door to en-suite didn’t close all the way. Had 3 bath mats and 1 towel for 2 of us. Very small amount of toilet paper had to pinch some from the communal bathroom! No bulb in bedside light. Not good value for 80€ a night!!

I would have liked tea and coffee in the room. Very basic facilities, maybe good for more than 1 traveller but for me I have had better at a cheaper price.

Positives: Friendly and helpful reception service, clean comfortable warm room, good parking facilities. Negatives: no shops or restaurants locally, drinks machine with unpalatable drinks :( However, positives outweigh negatives and I would use this hotel again.

Automatic check in was simple and worked well. Room is clean and simple. Wifi works well. Very pleased with my experience

Ok for a night's sleep

Lack of communication re the hotel reservation code to enter the hotel. We were nearly 2 hourstrying to gain entry

Very small room for two with very basic facilities.

WC dans la cabine de douche. Petite chambre. Très bien pour 1 ou 2 nuits

Etablissement nouvellement repris et en cours de changement d'enseigne avec gros travaux; les chambres sont rénovées et ne supportent aucune critique, la literie est top ! par contre , annoncer un petit déjeuner à 07h ( ce qui est déjà très tard pour ceux qui travaillent .... ) et avoir un personnel qui ne s'inquiète pas que rien n'est prêt à 06h58 à l'arrivée des clients c'est difficilement acceptable; Le Mr ne semble pas être suffisamment formé aux règles de l'hotellerie et ne s'inquiète pas outre mesure que le pain et les viennoiserie cuits sur place ( de qualité médiocre ) arrivent à 07h15 ni que la machine à café ne serve que de l'eau ... un peu de rigueur et de discipline ne fera pas de mal , merci !

Vraiment très déçu de notre nuit dans cet établissement. La Clim ne fonctionnait pas , il fesait horriblement chaud dans la chambre à notre à arrivée. Même après l’intervention du me de la réception qui nous a simplement dit qu’il n’y pouvais rien . Nous étions 4 dans la chambre dont 2 enfants. Bref nuit catastrophique
