Great stay and lovely room

The checking in staff was pleasant friendly and very knowledgeable. Took my phone call and answered my queries in a very polite manner. The bedroom had everything that is required and bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. NCP car park at a discounted rate which was very useful. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

Central location. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Stayed during a heat wave and couldn’t adjust the AC to lower temperatures. No dedicated parking, discounted local NCP parking opposite. Very good restaurant and bar. I was looked after. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed in an executive king room, lovely big room, very comfortable bed, big bathroom with good shower. Nice extra touches for executive room: robes & slippers, fridge with complimentary water (6 bottles!) & soft fizzy drinks & coffee machine. Hotel is in ideal location for walking to beach & into town. Didn’t eat or drink in the hotel as there are so many other places within a few minutes walk so can’t comment on that. Very much enjoyed our stay & would highly recommend.

Room too hot - air conditioning went off in night. We opened window - too noisy! What have the air conditioners turn off. Room small for a family room. Pillows to firm

Good location. Paid parking facility nearby with discount. Clean rooms. The a/c temperature is restricted to a range. The breakfast has a good options. The breakfast gets a bit boring after 2 days! Also the photos are wrong. they have used a palace photo instead of a real one!

Self check in so no one spoke a word to me. Felt expensive

Beautifully decorated and modern hotel and room. Comfortable bed with a lovely walk in shower. Everything was clean and well presented. The hotel bar and breakfast were expensive, particularly if you only want a drink and toast. However the evening meals were good. Excellent location for the town and the sea front. The NCP car park opposite the hotel was discounted through the hotel.

This is the fourth time I have stayed at this hotel and as always I found the service to be first class and very helpful staff. I did sadly have an issue with my room which was very promptly dealt with by the manager and staff. They were very apologetic and even took the time to email me too. I highly recommend this hotel and am looking forward to my next visit.
