A little out the way of good restaurants but as had self contained kitchen means you could buy and cook yourself..no kettle but could heat water up in mircowave

nice place to stay

Don’t expect to sleep much; the reviews about it being loud from construction a year ago or even two years ago, are still prevalent today. The entire road is behind dug up outside and all night long they work. There is no air or AC so it’s stuffy and hot and one must keep the window open for air. We slept maybe an hour. We just laughed at our situation as it was impossible to sleep. A incidental hold of around 45 US dollars was taken when we checked in, which they didn’t ask or tell about until I saw it on my card. They also refused to give me a copy of the incidental hold receipt which was odd; they did say the hold would drop off the day I checked out, and it did, around 10pm or so the day of check out. The front desk staff was super nice checking in and checking out. The hotel is next to a refugee camp and giant ears were seen scurrying about. Great big mall next to the hotel if that is your thing and a place for many beers right across street; as well as KFC and Burger King in walking distance. Don’t expect to get any sleep if your room is on the street side.

Nice hotel at a good price. The rooms have an equipped kitchen area, a good power shower and comfortable beds. Basic, clean, comfortable accommodation and conveniently close to the metro

Very tidy basic hotel. Nice to have a small kitchen if you wish to cook for yourself. For €6 you can get a basic breakfast downstairs as well.

Good clean place. No air conditioner the rooms can get so hot it is impossible to work and sleep.

Fantastic staff, great WiFi. Close to a mall that had everything. Close to Metro, which is 4 stops to main train station. Nothing but good about this place.

This room was incredibly clean and comfortable! If I ever have a chance to stay with this hotel chain again I will definitely do it.

Room was small but very nice, and the kitchenette was great. Being just a short walk from the metro station made it easy to get into the centre of town. Also close to a shopping centre which was convenient.

A very convenient place with lots of parking. New paint smell is moment but very clean apartment and in excellent condition. No wifi on the 3rd floor but I am sure it is a minor glitch.

Sejour simple d'une nuit, facile à trouver et d'accès. Tout s'est bien passé.

Sejour moyen. Nous avons change de chambre car elle n était pas propre.Television ridiculement petite. Personnel compétent et aimable Parking trop petit. Obligatoire de réserver J aurai du mettre 20 ou 30 euros de plus pour un autre confort

Bon accueil, petit studio petite tv ok Pour la vaisselle il faudrait prévoir une éponge ? Y’a du produit vaisselle et un torchon pour l’essuyer mais on lave comment ? Parking 3€ pour une fois un tarif économique 👍 Pas pris le PDJ Piste cyclable et étang pas loin pour effectuer son running

Hôtel très propre fonctionnel et sans charme. Grande chambre studio avec salle d'eau et kitchenette Situé à seulement 10 mn à pied du très grand centre commercial Auchan de Balmain et de la station de métro du même nom. Accueil sympathique et garage fermé sous l'hôtel pour seulement 3 euros. Très bon rapport qualité prix

Personnel très accueillant. Etablissement propre, calme, très bien situé à environ 7 mn à pied d'un centre commercial et du métro pour partir à la découverte de Toulouse. Accès très facile à partir de la rocade. Parking sécurisé et peu onéreux.
