Great clean room. Good location with a short drive to town! Breakfast was solid english breakfast, nothing fancy but good hearty food and a great view! Would definitely recommend this place!

Great inn conveniently located within driving distance of the town supermarket and dining areas. Friendly staff. Nice common areas which included an outdoor gazebo overlooking the water from which you could see amazing sunsets. Also a nice lounge/living room area with plenty of board games and books and a large kitchen. Terrific breakfast buffet. Rooms were comfortable and quiet and spacious. Recommend.

Truly a fabulous place to stay! The staff were beyond friendly and helpful! Both while checking in and during the included breakfast! The cozy atmosphere and the warm welcoming energy the staff offer was more then welcomed after a long day of traveling! The room was clean, very spacious, and had a large bathroom! Lots of onsite parking as well! I would love to stay there again and would highly recommend!

We absolutely loved it here! We were warmly greeted and quickly shown to our rooms. A quick trip up the stairs later we were greeted to a very comfortable room. This is a delightful place to stay if you are interested in exploring the isle of Skye. It's a little bit more of a drive than staying on island, but it's more comfortable. The town of Portree feels busy and cramped, and some of the places on Skye are way out of the way. This location was perfect! It can be tricky for get dinner - most places need a reservation or they'll turn you away (even if there are many empty tables to be seen). However, this place is really close to an amazing fish and chip shop (Siaway). Their burgers are delightful as well. There's also a closeby pub we grabbed food from and a co-op store within 5-10 minutes drive. The place itself is beautiful, warm, and welcoming. The parking is easy to get into, safe, and plentiful. The breakfast might have been one of my favourite breakfasts of the trip. The two hosts we interacted with on our stay were really friendly and helpful. They had a map that helped us on our travels around Skye and really good tips. I hope I can return here one day. I loved it so much!!

A beautiful place to stopover after having visited Skye and before heading across to Inverness. Helped guide us for a great meal in Plockton and then provided a hearty breakfast the next morning before our journey across the Highlands.

We loved our one night stay at this hotel. The hotel is well located for visiting the Isle of Skye. The rooms are clean and met our needs perfectly. The breakfast served was very nice and the location of the property beautiful. The staff are very friendly. We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in this spectacular area of the world.

Lovely stay near Kyle of Lochalsh. The proprietor was fantastic and the room and breakfast excellent. Highly recommended!

Beautiful view of the water from both our room and the dining room. Dennis was an exceptional host and provided a delicious buffet breakfast we everything you want for breakfast.

Very nice hotel adjacent to a small bay with beautiful views. Attentive staff, comfortable room, good hearty Scottish breakfast. Be aware that the hotel is not staffed (and therefor closed) between 11am - 4pm and the common area (which is very nice - large and comfy) isn’t available during that time.

This place was just so neat as it's located at the entrance to the Isle of Skye. Staff are all lovely people and the room is very spacious. I also really enjoyed the view while having breakfast. Would definitely recommend!

An amazing place in an amazing setting .Immediately upon entering the vibe is relaxed and the main room where breakfast is served has a beautiful view ,comfortable ,open with great light and art displayed .
