Friendly staff, who were happy to help. Nice clean room, which was a nice size for the price. This room also included a large terrace area, which would be lovely on a sunny morning to enjoy breakfast on. Lacked a toilet roll holder, hooks & shelving in the bathroom, but shower was good. Not able to offer any breakfast/food or bar as currently being refurbished, but no sign of any work going on. Would recommend as an alternative to staying in Windsor, as less than 5 minutes on the train, which runs about every 30 minutes & is about a minute walk away.

We flew into Heathrow in the afternoon and made the booking after 3pm. On the booking we had asked if any accessible rooms but we never received a response. On arrival I went in to find out that they didn’t have wheelchair friendly rooms. As one off the guests is a paraplegic, and the only rooms were upstairs, the hotel was to our needs. I asked for a refund only to be told the booking should have been cancelled one hour before 3pm being a check in date. If this hotel had responded to our request when we asked if rooms were accessible for a wheelchair .. then we would have cancelled the booking. Two nights accommodation basically wasted

Hotel had no restaurant or bar. Room had no hot water unless you waited for 6 minutes to get tepid flow. No aircon so very warm. Small town with very little eatery options.

Manor House was clean and convenient; the staff were friendly and helpful, and they even upgraded me from a single to a double room The only real downside was that the tap and the shower fittings were both slightly broken. The tap still worked fine but just looked kind of goofy, but the shower hose leaked all the way up so the head ditn have very much pressure. Also the walls are a little thin - I was woken up by the people in the next room chatting at 7am, and they weren't arguing or anything Otherwise, an easy stay. There's a place that does a nice semi-healthy breakfast across the street as well

Good service for a one night stay. A bit difficult to get hold of staff in the lobby for things like Wi-Fi code etc. but generally hospitable. Room was clean.

Hotel Manor Datchet was a pleasant surprise. Note its not a current hotel in that bar and restaurant are not operating but host Viv made available glasses and ice. Its right next to the train station Windsor to Waterloo every 30 minutes, no train noise. Good pub across the road, Bangers and mash superb and an excellent Indian 100 metres away Fine breakfast at Nibbles adjacent the station A classic find at a great price.

The Hotel.com website is misleading This hotel is in a very poor state of disrepair, no bar, no beer garden, no kettle in the room, no breakfast available, no food available whatsoever. None of these crucial items were stated as such and all were implied either by photographs or description to be available on the Hotels.com website booking page. The en-suite was in a poor state of disrepair, electrical connections exposed on the wall heater, the hot/cold shower controls faulty, smells from the drain pipe, grime on the extractor fan, the ensuite was simply very very tired and in a terrible state of disrepair. Air-condition unit did not work the first night, although credit where credit is due it was repaired for our second nights stay, likely because I had complained. All in all simply very disappointed, the photographs certainly do not provide a fair representation of the hotel's current run down condition. I must say though that the bed was clean and comfortable, efforts are clearly being made.. but they have a long road ahead of them which is such a shame for an iconic building in the heart of Datchet. I have since learnt that the hotel has been getting used to house migrants and only recently returns to a hotel. IT SHOWS...! I will also say that the two members of staff we interacted with on the phone and at the reception desk were extremely nice and sympathetic, but could not do anything about our complaints.

My room was ok and did have a very comfortable bed, unfortunately there was no hot water and the shower was faulty with only a dribble. There was no restaurant so no breakfast was available, the hotel only offered a list of local cafes as an alternative! The guys were very friendly on reception but I felt the hotel did not offer what is wanted or indeed expected.

Hotel location perfect for getting to London centre also good location for Wentworth BMW golf tournament which was the purpose of our visit. Hotel needs some maintenance, our toilet had a very temperamental flush and the television was impossible to use. Staff were friendly

I had a generally positive experience with the room. The bed was comfy and everything was clean. However, the bathroom facilities (in my room) need upgrading – the toilet wouldn't flush and the sink plug was stuck, so it couldn't be emptied. The parking facilities are limited, and the owners are imposing fines for non-residents, which I sense has upset some locals who have been using those spaces, so there weren't always spaces available on arrival, so I paid for street parking first, which isn't ideal. I didn't use the bar or restaurant, but I understood that they are undergoing some renovations.

The Manor Hotel makes a great stop-over if you need a break when traveling through Heathrow, it’s an easy door-to-door 30 min bus ride for about 2 pounds. There’s a lot of English character in this hotel, and they are currently renovating the dining and bar areas with an authentic English village feel. The progress so far is stellar, and they are planning to be finished at the beginning of October 2024.
