I ran the hot water tap for a while, and no hot water came through. Use of extension cables instead of more plug sockets. Curtains falling of the rails

The deluxe suite was anything not deluxe door had been damaged so couldn't lock it when we wanted to go out for our evening meal did not stay requested a full refund i could go on but do not recommend this hotel

We did not stay at the property it was so dirty. They let the room out again and refused to refund us. The bedding was dirty and overall the room was by far the worst condition of any room we have had the misfortune to be in. Hotels like this should not be in business since they cannot possibly be serving the needs of customers. We will not be using expedia again since they have done nothing to support us despite us confirming we have proof the room was let out again.

Good location. Clean. I didn’t see anyone on Reception at all until late evening on my last night - entry is done by text/code. No bar. Didn’t bother with breakfast based on reviews. Owners clearly happy to run it “from a distance”. Adequate as somewhere to sleep.

Very poor. Need full refurbishment. Breakfast without eggs,bacon or vegetables. Packed bread rolls from Aldi.Rubish around building. Dirty carpets.Not worth money

i asked them to look at cold talp in bathroom they did do it wirked once then it didnt work no hot water in bathroom sink the shower was fine i told them on the 2 days i was there the door locks from the outside but not from the inside they said they would sort it they didnt do the caroets were grubby and big holes in the wall when i went to check in noone was there on reception so i phoned them a man took my luggage up gave me the key then i found grubby carpet etc no enjoy stay etc the breakfast was basic when i asked do they do a cooked breakfast theu never answered me when i left i said goodbye qnd thankyou i didnt mention them things wrong ahain or that would of been 3 times of asking them to be honest was glad to get out of there aldo.o daw on the door 1 star wgen i was leaving i seen some rooms o

The hotel is in a front location, easy to find. We arrived to the hotel mid afternoon, but there wasnt anyone at the reception for over 30 min... The room was clean, clean bed linen and towels, but the tap of cold water wasnt working, the pressure of the shower was very poor and not a great mattress on the double bed. Next morning we went for breakfast around 9, but the staff had put everything away already so they had to put all back out again. On the last day we went again at 9 for breakfast but there wasnt anything or anyone around, we tried to call the number given, but no answer, therefore we left and had breakast at a services sration on our way back home. Our overal experience from above commenrs wasn't the best, we're very dissapointed on the service vs price paid.

DON'T BOTHER WASTING YOUR MONEY ON THIS HOTEL The Hotel Management is terrible. No one around upon checking In, Breakfast only serves at 1st morning. When you get to your 2nd days at the hotel NO MANAGER, NO BREAKFAST AND NOT EVEN A SINGLE SOUL To deal with you When checking out .. also No Toilet paper available for you. WORST HOTEL EVER

Great reception, friendly and helpful staffs

Good service

The hotel was very nice, situated by the Llandudno coastline. The room was adequate and breakfast the next morning was a continental offering.

Needs some work, plumbing joinery.

The Manor was good value for money. Everything that I needed was there. Breakfast was simple but good. The main member of staff was excellent. He did a lot of different jobs. He was very pleasant and helpful.

We had two nights here and enjoyed our stay as we were visiting the nearby Transport Festival at Bodafon Fields. The hotel was an easy walk to the site and overall we enjoyed our stay here. We would stay again.

Enjoyed our stay here at the Manor Hotel. The room was clean and tidy and had everything we required. Nice view of the sea and out across to the Great Orme from the bedroom window. Would stay here again.

Our family room was clean, sheets and towels were clean, service from the staff (we only saw one person) but he was friendly and helpful. Looks like the hotel has recently been taken over. The breakfast was ok, cereals, pastries, yoghurt, fruit juices and the hot option was just scrambled or boiled egg, the food was a good standard and the overall stay good value for money, great location right in the front, a 10 minute walk into town

Family trip for one night. Our door was very difficult to lock from inside and once we had managed to lock it, we then struggled to unlock it. This is a fire hazard. It appeared something just did not line up when locking from inside, but seemed to lock ok from outside. The people upstairs had a child who they let run around constantly disturbing our sleep, but we can’t blame the hotel for that, some people are just very inconsiderate. We paid for breakfast and so we expected a full English, however, there were help yourself food items like the toast machine you would find on holiday abroad. Then we were offered tea or coffee and scrambled egg or boiled egg, there was no full English. For the money I do feel it was a little over priced, however, the host was very polite and very helpful. The stairs could have been hoovered too. The shower was quite rubbish too, I think it needs a new shower head.
