Spotless room, helpful staff, lovely bathroom with great water pressure and room with a sea view.

Fantastic location, Room was lovely and spacious, house keeping in each day of stay. Staff were attentive and very friendly. Meals were gorgeous and generous portions. Lovely bar area for evening drinks.

Everything from check in to check out was great. Excellent food, clean rooms with everything you need. All staff friendly and helpful. Great location overlooking the bay with free parking. Fabulous.

Nice hotel and room. Everything was clean and tidy. It was a pleasant comfortable room, however the bathroom could do with some minor maintenance. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The dining area was pleasant and so were the staff, however both at dinner and breakfast the service was a bit slow. My wife had the cauliflower curry which was nice and a reasonable portion. I had the seabass which was tasty but the portion was a bit small. The seabass was a bit overcooked which I didn't mind and the baby roast potatoes were nice. There was a miniscule portion of green veg so had this been increased the overall portion may have seemed better. The eggs benedict for breakfast was nice but I was disappointed that the Greek yogurt and fruit on the menu weren't available. However the minor issues wouldn't stop me returning.

A wonderful stay overall. The room was spotless, the staff were welcoming and helpful, and the view from the restaurant was absolutely breathtaking. The food was amazing and really completed the experience.

Breakfast and view from the rooms were the highlight.

We booked this hotel as part of a weekend theatre visit. The hotel is well placed just out of the main town so very quiet. We received a warm welcome and the check in was easy and non complicated. Our room was clean warm and comfortable. We didn’t have breakfast so cannot comment but we were so impressed that we have booked again for another weekend later in the year

We stayed two days, breakfast was served freshly cooked and staff very helpful. The rooms were very clean and beds comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities were available in the room and bottled water also. The restaurant menu was varied and meals served were well presented. Car parking was also available. A very enjoyable visit to Llaundudno.

Good welcome and comfortable room. Did not like the frosted glass on windows which spoilt any view we could have had. Good breakfast but would have liked some mixed fruit salad or grapefruit.

Bar and restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly and efficient and smart.

Obviously an Ex Premier Inn ! but costs more and the food now smaller, overall unhappy with both diner and breakfast. Especially with the small rock in the hash brown that nearly broke a tooth.
