Lovely hotel for an overnight stay. I ate in the bar and there was a good choice. Service was pleasant and the hotel facilities are great!

Honestly from start to finish this was not great. We arrived to find reception is a while away from the rooms, my husband has a prosthetic leg and there was no offer of help with bags or to the room. The room had a leaky dripping toilet, completely basic room, incredibly uncomfortable bed, (rock hard & pokey springs) We booked late checkout, which was a waste of time because the cleaner let herself into our room at 9am, then knocked again repeatedly at 10.15 (checkout was 11am!)

The grounds are wonderful, hotel is in a great location.check in and restaurant staff were particularly good. The food was excellent!! Compliments to the chef for producing an outstanding 3 course meal for £24.99. He surpassed our expectations. Breakfast was also very fresh. Only thing is the 10% discount off food and drinks was a little complicated but great value all around and we will definitely be back. Great room with everything you could need.

Excellent!

This is a gem. We stayed on a Sunday evening having had a long day in Birmingham (40 mins north). It was quiet but beautiful and the staff were lovely. The main building is i assume an old stately home and our room was in ond of a few new wings. The room itself was spacious and spotless. We had a grest night's sleep and in the morning the shower was great. Breakfast was also plentiful and delicious. To top it off it was incredible value.

The bar and dining facilities are excellent and the staff are really helpful.

Ashorne Hill is primarily a Business Conference Centre that occasionally has rooms available for private visitors in the periods when they don't have a high number of rooms taken up by delegates to confrences or traing courses. It has good restaurant facilities. Rooms are small-ish but entirely adequate and comfortable. The Hall's setting is delightful and peaceful

I left my computer charger plugged in the wall socket next to the bed, I called within 2hrs of checking out to notify the hotel that i had done this but even having had to called back the next day too they claimed (or their cleaning staff claimed) that they had not found it. I absolutely did leave it in the room, there was no way I was confused and did not. Very disappointed with the poor service of the hotel and I suspect dishonest nature of their cleaning staff.

Booked for 1 night prior to an onsite overnight stay. Asked if I could stay in the room I was in rather than move to the one for the next night. Absolutely no problems in facilitating this, stayed loads of times before all excellent

Strange layout with rooms other side of the campus, room it self was clean and comfy. Service in the bar was poor waited over 15 minutes in a queue for a drink as one member of staff for quite a number of customers was not enough! I asked if I could get a table in the restaurant and was told if I was eating on my own I had to order from the bar menu and sit in the bar area. I ended up leaving hotel and going to leamington spa to find food.

Was ok. Done the biz. Real nice brekfast cooked to order as it was very quiet

Stayed here many times and always exceptional service. Very friendly welcome at check in and throughout my stay.

Ideal place to stay, if working in the area.

Lovely comfortable room. I was particularly impressed when I needed to cut short my stay that a refund for the unused night was immediately offered by reception without me even needing to ask. Impressive !
