Great service and very friendly staff

The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. We choice this hotel because of its close proximity to the Lowther Gardens where we went to a music evening, and we will stay here again.

Convenient location, lovely, helpful staff, clean and comfortable room, good breakfast with plenty of choice, easy check in and out. Close to buses, which were frequent (I didn't have my own transport). Would stay again.

All very nice

A fine hotel, problem for me was my room was above the function room and was very noisy until Midnight. Had an early start so not ideal. Booked the room some months in advance to attend a concert nearby. Recieved an email a short while before arrival advising of a function and of possible noise in some rooms. Did speak to reception about the noise in the evening and was. offered the possibility of move during the night if it was to loud to sleep.. As mentioned a nice hotel but didn't work for me.

The hotel is in a lovely location and has an excellent terrace. The room was a great size but was a bit tired and the carpet needed to be replaced. Staff were helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel, lovely room with a sea view and the staff are just wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble.

We really enjoyed the outside patio for drinks and dinner. Wonderful staff. Beautiful view.

Great food and service in the restaurant - could not fault. Lovely room too. Shame the service on the front desk didn't stand up to the rest of the experience.

Hotel in a great position, as has view across the estuary, is near to shops, eateries and railway station. Nearby bus stop for trips into Blackpool. Friendly staff, good breakfast and nice room. Would recommend for a relaxing stay.

Love everything's about this place

Stayed the night whilst attending a function. Lovely Room, Breakfast good as usual. Always a welcome here and we live local.

Lovely hotel overall but our room wasn’t great. We usually stay in the Grand at St Annes but the clfton offered better value and location.

Lovely hotel. Stayed lots of times and still as nice.
