Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. but when I arrived at the hotel it was 6:00 p.m. and I still hadn't checked in yet. The staff was irresponsible. Before arriving, I called to inform them that I was about to arrive at the hotel, but when I got there, no one answered the phone. There was also no apology to the customer.
