Terrible experience. When I checked in, the room hadn’t been cleaned: the floor was covered in footprints, the toilet hadn’t been flushed, the towels were dirty, and the shower had water temperature issues. I spoke to the manager, but all I got was a simple apology with no real intention to fix anything. Only after I kept complaining did they agree to switch me to another room, but even then, the floor was still dirty. Really disappointing and not worth the money.
