Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms and the property were clean. Staff only entered rooms on request so i was happy to leave more valuable items in my room. Breakfast was good and basic. The parking on site is very limited but the whole of the prom has free parking.

Okay place to stay, wouldn't stay again though. Breakfast wasn't too bad but the whole place had the scent of wet dog

I struggled whether to write this review.I’ll start by saying the staff were absolutely lovely, very professional and dealt with our complaint with real empathy.Unfortunately, the pictures on the site do not reflect the reality of this hotel,as another guest in reception at the same time also raised. Firstly,we filtered our results by parking,as this was really important.I didn’t realise until I phoned the hotel that parking is on-street only along a busy sea-front,with some spaces at the back. They heavily stressed that there’s no CCTV here.We did find a space. When we went in,it smelt strongly of smoke.Admittedly this may be because someone was smoking near the entrance. The room itself was stifling hot, which concerned us,though the staff member kindly offered to try to find a fan.The room overlooked a flat roof with rubbish on and the paint was cracked and peeling away from the wall in some places. There was an accumulation of dust in the bathroom fan (I was disappointed to have a very small shower cubicle and no bath - challenging when travelling with small children). There were running dirty water marks and cracks on the bathroom walls and main door, and what could have possibly been mould in places. The advertised restaurant only opened for breakfast, leaving us with no food options other than delivery - unless we wanted to risk our parking space and drive into town. For over £160 per night, this was unacceptable. We left and booked a different hotel. The lady kindly refunded us.

The staff are lovely here. My room had a sea view and it was beautiful to wake up to. There is only street parking outside but it is free too. I will certainly visit again.

Check in was easy. Staff helpful. The lift was like the lifts on Titanic, you had to close the gate before it would move. The room was ok, bed very uncomfortable.. I could feel every spring. Breakfast wasn't the best. Mushrooms horrible. Beans very watery. Scrambled egg not very nice. Sausage and bacon were OK. The staff multitask. The same lady was on reception, the bar and serving breakfast. Parking on the road was free. Would I stay again? I doubt it!

Hotel needs substantial investment. Rooms are adequate but likes of showers are extremely dated

Room was clean and comfortable with good facilities for the price. Room walls a bit thin as you could hear a lot of what was going on in the next room.

Stayed over for 2 nights for AFD Morecambe , lots of parking outside and a 20 mins walk to main area of the station area. Bus stop outside and £5 in Uber to there also. Good breakfast buffet.

The best thing about our 3 night stay was the breakfast service and breakfast . Our room bore little or no resemblance to the photograph of a superior sea view double, on which I had based the selection of accomodation booked. Sun and Monday night was ok BUT Tuesday night, neither myself nor my wife slept until 04.45. doors were banging, floors creaking, dogs barking and people, arguing and/or making mobile phone calls in the corridors. There are only 2 parking spaces at the front of the hotel on the premises, one of which was occupied day and night by the same vehicle during our stay. I was advsed by the reception staff not to use the car park at the rear of the hotel, as there was no cctv. It was a matter of finding a suitable parking space on either side of the busy road outside the hotel.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, warm plates in the plate holder. That must be a first, tea and coffee was also hot. Food selection was good. Would definitely stay for a night again if stopping off on the at further south. Dog 🐕 was made very welcome 🤗 and got a treat. Good central location. 💙🤗🙏xxx

This was just a quick stopover to catch early ferry across to Isle of Man to watch TT races. Staff really friendly and It was great knowing they had a night porter on duty watching out for the motorbikes parked at the front of hotel. Apparently they had a visit from the motorbike thieves that were looking for bikes to pinch and were chased away in the early hours. Would stay here again if doing the same trip as only 15 to 20mins from Heysham ferry terminal. We did hear from a group on the ferry that one of their group had bike stolen from Morecambe that same evening.
