Lovely design and cosy room. The breakfast as delicious and good value. Note ithat if you're booking a standard double bedroom (Copita), the door is sliding, and doesn't fully shut!

This was our second stay here and we stayed in room Flor, we loved our last room but this room was absolutely stunning. Well equipped with little details such as a robe, slippers, cotton pads, ear buds, toiletries, lovely smelling diffusers in the room and a radio. The walk in shower is lovely too! Breakfast was amazing again, we had the cooked breakfast and flamenco eggs, both delicious. I loved that along with the coffee they had cold and hot milk to use, a nice little touch. This will forever be our place to stay when we visit Cardiff! There’s a handing car park right accross the street, and location is perfect as it’s right in the centre and only a few minutes walk to the castle. Thank you again for a lovely stay!

Everyone was very helpful. Location can be a bit noisy due to the convenient location!

Best hotel in Cardiff.

Bed was hard as was the pillows. The noise from the extractor fan outside was very loud and the room was very hot as couldnt sleep with window open due to noise. Shower was style over substance. Water pressure not brilliant and temperature was hot then cold then hot then cold, not constant. Breakfast was lovely and the resident lounge was lovely. The bathroom smellies were great and plentiful and of good quality. Staff were superb.

Expected email to give details about checking in the day before arriving but nothing arrived fortunately a friend was also booked in and they let us know to go to the bar in the restaurant to get booked up. Absolutely lovely little hotel, room was beautiful staff very friendly and helpful

We had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel. The room was very comfortable. The guest lounge was fully stocked with drinks and snacks.

Fabulous stay in Cardiff. Beautiful room with a big bathroom. Hotel has a separate guest lounge. Coffee and tea freely available in the lounge and an honesty box for a wide range of alcoholic drinks and snacks. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Location is excellent near restaurants and transport. This hotel also has a lovely restaurant downstairs.

Wonderful stay and the staff were amazing and could not have been more helpful. Would highly recommend.

What an amazing find! The room was lovely, comfy bed, bathroom and shower gorgeous. Little touches here and there, lots of thought has gone into what guests might need. Kitchen and lounge area was a lovely surprise, again everything well thought out. Lovely coffee from the machine in the morning and to top it off the breakfast was 10/10. We had the full parador and the scrambled eggs on sour dough, both delicious! And loved the continental options. Couldn’t fault a thing, would 100% stay again should we go to Cardiff again. Thank you for an amazing stay

This was an outstanding place! Room was small, but all that I needed. Self serve lounge was well stocked and their porch area was peaceful. The staff were incredibly helpful and very hospitable. I only ate the breakfast, both continental and additional options and they were excellent!!! I would recommend this place to anyone heading to Cardiff for a little respite or work.

Fantastic room (Flor), excellent lounge for guests. Superb helpful hosts from the moment we arrived. So glad we went with an independent hotel rather than the characterless chains in town.
