not bad

Very basic accomodation but the room were clean and the beds comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.We were looking for a cheap place to sleep and this was very reasonable. No kettle of lamp in the room . Asked if there was a kettle and was directed to a kitchen which had a hob , oven and microwave, which would have been ideal if there were pots or pans . We did end up making tea in the microwave . The next morning we ventured across the road to get a cup of tea at Costa.

Cleanliness was appalling and the whole property smelt awful. Staff were really friendly and the location was ideal for getting the tube to wembley.

Get what you paid for. Too outdated and not clean enough for me . Room smell and it was hard to breath.

Clean & comfortable bed. Clean towells. Handbasin & fridge in the room. Shared bathroom. Shared kitchen. For the price I paid, it was ok.

the hotel was horrible and the service nonexistent. the plaudits on the web site must be false. will never stay there again. NO PLUGS IN THE SINKS AND THE CARPET NEEDED HOOVERING AND THERE WAS A LOAD OF RUBBISH BEHIND THE FRIDGE

The carpet was dirty and although it was hot they still had the heating on, and it was so noisy even with the widows closed

I enjoyed the stay staff very good. Great location.

No phon no good service and the bathroom outside the room

For the price, it was perfect, but the toilets were not working properly. Almost anytime we intended to go, we had to move around to find clean, working, and conditioned toilets. The bathrooms were also not well maintained, and the only one washing machine among many was in working condition.

Great for location and general comfort but window was broken, bed was broken which was only noticed when checking out so overall didn’t affect the nights sleep and was really warm with no way of turning the heater off

Very good staff.

I have never been in a hotel that was so bad that I had to leave within an hour. Just absolutely diabolical in every way. The happiest part of my experience was booking an uber away from this hotel. I do not know how this hotel can possibly charge this amount of money for such a horrible room.
