Apartment was great apart from issue with hot water. My main problem was not with the owner of the apartment, but with the management company "Host and Stay". They take a refundable deposit straight away but it takes 14 days to get it back!!! As there was issues with hot water they offered a partial refund, again this took over 14 days and numerous messages/calls to request call back. Very frustrating, I will be checking future bookings to make sure "Host and Stay" are not managing the apartment before I book
