The front desk person was so sweet and let us know that there was no hot water and it was up to us to stay. She did send us to the other building that had hot water but no double bed , so she said we would get a full refund. Breakfast was really good!! All the staff were super nice!!

We did not have hot water, they siad that the hot-water-furnice was broken and will take 5 days to repair it. building is old and moldy. DO NOT GO THERE

Property is a work in progress being converted. I anticipated a microwave but not in the room.

Great venue.

My room has not hot water. They didn’t give me another room and asked me to go gym shower room. The room floor was dusty and sticky, smells bad. People screaming and talking loud late night. I’ll never recommend this place.

Pros: The hotel room was clean and very nice, the bed was comfortable, modern amenities were also provided in the room (such as the bathroom mirror and bathroom sink), along with a microwave and fridge. The staff was also very nice, friendly and pleasant! Loved the location of the hotel as well, which was in a convenient location for food, entertainment, and groceries 😃! Parking was also free and ample. Cons: The showers were small in size, the hotel didn't have hot water for 3 days out of the 6 days we were there, there was no communication on when the hot water would return, there was no communication on the hot water going away (I had to call the front desk to ask), there was an automatic light that had a sensor that would turn on anytime it detected movement. My husband and I could not find a way to turn off the auto-light sensor, which would often wake us up in the middle of the night when one of us had to go to the bathroom, or leave to go outside.

The room itself was adequate - bed, bath, mini-fridge, and TV. The front-desk attendant, at check-in and check-out, was pleasant and accommodating. However, I called the front desk around 8:30pm five separate times with no answer. This left me with unanswered questions and requests.

Next time I be in Orlando I will stay here again.

Great deal on this property that is still undergoing some renewals I could reach the front desk, person on the phone, very easily and communication was better than most hotels The breakfast was a nice surprise too

Away from the city center, made it a quite stay.

Nice size rooms just a lil outdated compared to the pictures I seen on the website

Amazing value with free breakfast

Great suite and great breakfast options. We were there for a week and we did ask for our room to be cleaned on two different days and it was never cleaned. Not once while we were there! That was disappointing. They did bring us extra towels and coffee.

I loved the stay. Breakfast was made to order, not many options but still really good and the fruit tasted so fresh! Everyone was so nice! Room was a nice size and clean, Roku tv so we were able to watch Max and Netflix. Would stay again!
