Pleasantly surprised to have our room cleaned during our two day stay. And the partnership with the business next-door, providing a discount on good and inexpensive meals was also a bonus.

Loved loved Leland house! Amazing rooms and thoughtful amenities like umbrellas, bikes and fresh oranges with a personal note! Walking distance to everything on Main Street! Loved it!

I highly recommend this experience. Perfect location if you're there for downtown Durango. The property is extremely well-managed. They text you all the instructions the day of, text to make sure all is well, and then text when you leave. The rooms are gorgeous, tasteful and practical. I'm going back.

What a unique location. We are thrilled and if getting back to Durango in the future we will look this up again.

The hotel was great and the communication was fast. Our TV didn't work and Dominique went above and beyond to help us at night. Thank you! Highly recommended!

Great stay, the virtual check-in was new to me but very simple and convenient. The room was amazing, my only regret is that I didn’t stay longer.

Great location, cool old building. Walls are paper thin, you hear all sneezes and snoring.

This was a nice property close to Main Street and plenty of food options. It was a little pricey for the size of the room and only a queen bed. The room itself was nice. Downfall is you can hear a lot of noise, people opening and closing doors talking dogs barking. But the property is aware of this and provides ear plugs. Nice treats and in room amenities.

We really enjoyed our stay here, it had everything you could need and felt very private yet was close to everything in downtown Durango.

Great hotel, service is excellent.

Location location location. Everything is walking distance from you. Check-in and check-out was super easy. Suite smaller than I expected, but super warm and cozy nonetheless. The walls and floors are super thin, you can easily hear neighboring conversations and footsteps but consider this is a historic building. For the price, I would elect to stay elsewhere.

So quaint! Small room but everything you need! Brought a pet and it was perfect to walk durangos Main Street! Great hostess with a bunch of goodies in the room! Check out Lola’s next door for coffee and food! Will return!

Great property. Nicely appointed and comfortable rooms, ideal location, good price. Plus the free parking in a private lot behind the building was invaluable on a very busy night. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at the Leland House! Perfect location in the heart of Durango. Free parking. Excellent communication before and during our stay. Really helpful staff helped troubleshoot problems with TV immediately. Comfortable room albeit a little small. Lots of amenities and everything worked great. We'll stay here again the next time we are in Durango.
