The staffing appeared to consist of only three men—two handled check-in/check-out, and the third seemed to manage maintenance or housekeeping. Most of the time, all three were sitting on the patio couch outside the guest entrance, chatting and laughing. That alone wouldn’t have bothered me, but it was frustrating considering the overall state of the property. The pool was a major disappointment—cloudy, dirty, and clearly neglected. I never once heard a pump running or saw anyone attempt to clean it, and unsurprisingly, no guests used it. This is a shame because the pool and its surrounding area have potential if properly maintained. The room’s air conditioning didn’t work, making the stay uncomfortable, and the amenities listed on the website were not delivered as expected. The breakfast was underwhelming—just cereal, bagels, oatmeal packets, and coffee. Also worth noting: none of the rooms have microwaves. There’s only one for guest use, and it’s oddly located in the pool area near the lobby entrance—right by where the staff hang out. Lastly, there’s a $100 deposit that is not mentioned anywhere on their site or booking platforms. For a 3-star hotel (being generous), that’s excessive—especially considering even many 5-star hotels charge much less. Overall, a disappointing experience with a lot of missed potential.

The location is so convenient to most places. The room I stayed was so clean and smell great.

Great location and the room was clean and well stocked. Door jam looked like it was kicked in and replaced leaving a gap to the outside so it was very noisy for most of the night (Sat). The bed was extra firm and too hard for my taste.

The most recent Google reviews made me skeptical about booking but the king room overlooking the pool was clean aside from a couple cigarette burns in the comforter no weird smells and the bathrooms where nice aside from the tub almost feeling greased when showering a grab bar or traction pads would be a nice addition

Three nite stay, room was fine and bed was comfortable. Don't count on having the Continental breakfast because they ran out of food first day there and didn't seem to worry about replenishing. Staff could've cared less sadly!

I am requesting a refund. We didn't stay at the hotel. After checking in, we realized it was dirty, rooms smelled of animals and pulling back the comforter, the sheets were dirty.

Didnt get room i booked. Had king reserved ended up double bed not even queen size. First room no ac 85 in room, gave another room bigger stil not my king and 2 tiny beds. Bathroom had large boot print on floor, hair on wall inside shower area. Beds stiff as hell.

The smoke detector was not in working order. Only part of it was on the wall with wires hanging out of it. The pool was closed for what reason I don't know. Disappointing as we were planning to swim while we were there. It was quite noisy there. You could hear people outside the room talking at all hours and clomping down the outside stairwell. It was quite warm in the room and if you tried to cool it down, the unit would blow directly on the bed causing a major draft on your body. There was no way to redirect the airflow. Also, our in room phone rang once around 3 in the morning. Just enough to wake us from a deep sleep. Hence it was not a good restful stay for us.

The shower handle was missing for the shower, the staircase going up to our room was rusty and u can see through the steps, the rugs were filthy. The pool was closed. We were in town for a going away party I would not have stayed more than one night!

there were gaps around the door weather stripping was worn so heater ran constantly, the bathroom door had no handle and i cut hand on piece of metal, none of the outlets worked only a power strip not sure that's up to code, and the room phone didn't work so couldn't call the front desk to locate the ice maker that ended up being broken and the front desk didn't have any ice to offer. The breakfast area was a mess at 6pm so i had no desire to check out breakfast, although should have when the in-room coffee maker didn't work. Thats after a night of people walking around and yelling at 3 am and again banging on doors at 7am. No staff around and remember couldn't call. i wasn't about to go out there as it seemed like some of the rooms have people living there and treating it like a low rent apartment building.

The front desk person was rude. The bathroom had poop all over it. There were people under the influence in the parking lot. The police patrolling the parking lot while trying to check-in. This hotel is not family friendly. Pool was "closed for maintenance". Never even checked-in took my family to a different hotel. Did not feel safe

I chose this facility to spend Valentines Day Eve with my love because of the down town location and the indoor pool. We came to learn that the pool has been out of service for weeks, and Expedia still advertises a place with a pool to use. The front desk attendant told us the pool “might” be ready around 5pm. Not so much.I was told this reservation is non refundable and so we never got to swim. The whole place stinks like chlorine and the pool is still full of nasty water with a sign that says “no swimming.” The breakfast area is dirty at best and the food looks old and picked at. The room had a dirty toilet and remnants of expectorated toothpaste splattered about the sink and bathroom counter proving the room had not been cleaned prior to our stay. Pretty gross place.

Beds were hard floor was very cold room was cold and barely any towels. Internet didn’t work and it was very uncomfortable and after I gave the front desk, my card and my phone number I got a call somebody pretending to be the electric company trying to get money out of me and it was the same voice as the guy at the front desk

The pool was out of service. The room had some humidity damage and the shower didn’t work properly. Also breakfast was serves really early and was short.

Do not stay here! The new owners are not spending money on improvements. We went through 3 different rooms and all were very dirty. We saw heavily stained rugs, dust and dirt on vanities and hairs on floors and walls. I have no problem when a hotel houses local underprivileged persons but they shouldn't be beside full paying vistor guests. When you see pumpkins and plants in windows of hotel rooms, you know the rooms are rented by the month. I have stayed at this hotel for many years as I am a salesman and haven't seen anything as dirty ever. The location is convenient but not worth staying at any price. The 3rd room we were showed had no smoke detectors!
