Food options were pretty much the same every day. Some was overcooked. When I arrived there was no coffee maker in the room and I had to ask for one. There were no sheets for the sofa couch

The staff were professional on assisting getting my room . Great service and kind.

Great location to break up our drive back to Colorado. Building and our room felt new.

Newer property clean and comfortable. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews unless they are bots or somehow linked to a different hotel. It was a great stay at a reasonable price. I would stay again and recommend to others.

Trash in room was not emptied from previous guest, no washcloth, hair on bathroom floor and sticky smears on door. The cleaning was not acceptable. Front desk girl was sweet and helpful but did not offer another room or to clean the problems

Staff was absolutely amazing (friendly, helpful, accomodating, etc). Room had lots of space to set out clothes, unpack, etc.

Staff were helpful and kind. The room was mostly clean—the carpet needed a better vacuum in a couple of spots. The pool smelled a little funny, like there were too many chemicals in the spa tub, but it was clean with plenty of towels. Wide variety at breakfast. It was overall clean and safe.

For the price of the room, I found that not having soap available was ridiculous. Also the fact that the lobby did not have any hot coffee available was a poor condition.

Well, we got our room, proceeded un pack and go to the bathroom. There were hairs on the sink hairs in the shower and the glass doors. I don’t think it ever been cleaned. Got to look closer at the comforter on the bed and it looks like there was a wrestling match was performed on it. It was all awry. I don’t think the floor had ever been vacuumed in the room or the hallway.got up next morning to go down and enjoy a breakfast. There was no juice the eggs look like they’ve been cooked a month ago and the bacon was slimy. This is a brand new hotel. This is very sad. I will never stay there again.

The room was nice and clean, except for inside the shower wasn't cleaned properly, still a little dirty. I know it's not anything you can do about the HVAC System, but it was so loud we had to turn up the television in order to hear it! Other than that, I would would stay again and I would recommend the Hotel to others ❤️

high price for that room

Didn’t know until we arrived that the pool and hot tub were unavailable because pool inspector hadn’t been there yet. We didn’t know it was a new hotel. Will be 5 star once that is finished.

We liked everything just feel it was a bit over priced.
