I got stuck at a last-minute deal and had to stay the night here. Beware, this place is an absolute dump. There’s a lot of shady people that stay there I think around the clock, I woke up two cops coming in early in the morning, it was just an absolute dump

I don’t even know where to start… We had a two night stay with three guests. They gave us two towels, when we asked for more they said they would have to check with the front desk to make sure they could give them to us…. Never came back. When we went to the front desk to ask no one was there. Trash is overflowing in all the bins that stay outside your doors. The remote for the tv does not work. Microwave has parts missing. And god forbid there is a fire in the building, because EVERY SIGLE FIRE DETECTOR IS BEEPING. So good luck with all that if you decide to book here. I booked because it was close to where I needed to be and reviews didn’t seem that bad. But, the more you know!

I ended up not staying the night I just showered and went where I had to be it was so creepy and their was men hanging out drinking and doors wide open people hanging out of their rooms like if it was a party outside the hotel , and I was their with my son and we left didn’t even bother going back after our event I had already decided that it wasn’t safe for us to stay there . I’m my opinion do not take your family there I didn’t feel safe with mine .

Cheap stay in dirty hotel in a horrible location. Very noisy, sketchy neighborhood. The door barely closed and locked. Just avoid this place. You get what you pay for, and it definitely isnt worth sacrifice of comfort, cleanliness and safety for a cheap place.

We have stayed at red roof and over the last few years traveling and never had an issue of feeling unsafe. We were terrified to stay there because you could see through the door jam all the way around at the light coming through and the locks not fully going into the door frame. The window you could shake, and it felt like it would just fall right out. The photos online must’ve Been taken up close so that you can’t see any of the flaws of the room. There were stains on the Bedspread. Outside was unclean and terrifying. The first red flag was when the staff at the desk asked for a $50 cash deposit and told us it was because they were having a hard time refunding peoples deposits. We should’ve left right then, But we gave them the benefit of the doubt. After deciding not to stay there because we were afraid of not waking up the next day or being robbed in our own room, we called Travelocity and they told us to go to the front desk and tell them that we were to refund our money. Could not give us a business card or any number for the managerial staff because he claimed not to know it. I have never been so disappointed and terrified to be at a hotel that you should be able to trust the quality of their service, and rooms. A full refund should be submitted and they should be removed from the Travelocity site so that other travelers do not have to go through this Horrific experience while trying to enjoy your vacation.

I was not expecting a high end hotel. But I also wasn't expecting such a dismal hotel. The room was small and cramped. The door to the bathroom had several holes knocked in it. The door to the room was not weather sealed. This made it easy for insects to make it into the room. Moths and crickets. Not my idea of company. The walls had dirt and grime on them. There was one bank of lights that did not work. These would have provided lighting to what passed for a vanity area. There was no refrigerator or microwave. When I asked about this lack, I was informed that I booked a "standard" room. I guess that can be put down as ignorance on my part, but in my experience, I've never stayed in a room that didn't have those two things. I didn't know that there were major motel chains that had rooms without. I'll take it on myself for that bit. But even if those had been there, it would have done little to make my stay better. All in all, it was a most disappointing and uncomfortable stay... However, I will say that I bed was comfortable. And it had plenty of pillows. And the TV had lots of channels to choose from. But other than that, there was little to recommend a return.

I didnt get to stay they said i needed 50 extra dollars after i payed 71 dollars and couldnt let me in my room so i left contacted hotels.com anf the said i couldnt get my money back and they couldnt contact the property manager which i could and they said noone called them about it
