Clean room great parking

The property was really clean tidy and well appointed however the floorboards in the above rental were extremely creaky so when the occupants got up in the night we were woken up on each occasion. Otherwise a lovely property that was very clean with very friendly and welcoming feel

Great place to stay for exploring the lakes

A fantastic place to stay, the facilities are spot on and the room was spotless. Ideal location with restaurants and bars in the lovely village of Dalton.

Parking was easy and I felt my vehicle was safe. although checking in and out via the key box was very good the reception was closed throughout my stay were I would have liked to have met the person who organized my stay (Laura) maybe next time.

Room was clean and modern. Onsite parking, easy check in and out. And was in good location

Parking was good but unfortunately road work outside this property was in progress.so we had some confusion but staff was really good . Had nice and comfortable stay . All good neat and clean.

Extremely clean, comfortable bed, great shower (plenty of room and good flow of water unlike many hotels these days).

Parking room spacious

Great location for access to Barrow, with plenty of on-site parking. Room was large, well-appointed and obviously recently refurbished. Spotlessly clean, with plenty of room to work. Kitchenette was small but perfectly usable, with sink, fridge and microwave. Staff were responsive and very pleasant. Would have no hesitation is staying here again.

There is plenty of parking space, and it's easy to find the Lodge. All the expected room facilities are present: good decor, bed, towels and bathroom;, a warm and comfortable space. I couldn't dock a star, especially at the price we paid. Of course, there are things that could be improved! The kettle boiled just enough for the two very small mugs; our (own) teapot took 2 boilings to fill. It would be nice to have more than the bare minimum of cutlery so as not to have to wash forks after dinner in order to eat cheesecake for dessert - and neither breadknife nor scissors are provided, which poses challenges for microwave meals (and a toaster and even just one hob and a pan would be helpful). And the internal soundproofing is very poor - adjacent extractor fans, and passing motorbikes, didn't improve sleep. Thanks for the earplugs, but not everyone sleeps well with those. But as I sad, it's definitely a 5-star place.
