No one there to check us in for 20 minutes. $2.50 a day for hand towels. Bed paper thin. Place is a joke and embarassment to the hotel industry.

Nice and big rooms. Very poor customer service…

I can't necessarily give a review of the room because when I went to check in I was told they had no rooms and to reach out to Expedia. Expedia customer service attempted to call but no one responded. After a 30 minute wait, Expedia was told by a different staff member that a room was available, but by that time we had moved on. I have not received a refund from the hotel for services they did not provide. Not a great experience at 11PM at night after being on the road. Would not recommend based on the terrible customer service.

I just like carpet better than the vinyl flooring.

The customer service was great. The bathroom didn’t have any towels nor soap in it. There was no mirror nor iron nor ironing board in the room. The lady at the front desk had to put clean sheets on my bed and she did it with a smile and was very apologetic. The staff was very nice and polite, but the room was lacking some things. The website said breakfast but there was no breakfast.

Nothing provided…No soap, none toiletries, no cups etc. The front desk service wasn’t the nicest as well. The walls are very thin and you hear everything what’s going on next door.

The first desk was drinking, horrible customer service, no where to park and felt unsafe because there were a lot of men walking and hanging out in parking lot drinking openly. I did not stay and was refused a refund

The hotel did not have a room like I reserved but gave us a King size bed. We took it but not very happy about it as we really needed two queens. Over all the stay was good.

Everything about this property was really great The only thing was it said pet friendly when it only meant dog friendly they do not accept cats did not know it till after I was checked in already. They were nice enough to let my kitty stay one night but on a general basis they do not accept cats would have appreciated that it would have said it in the advertisement for the hotel

It was a pleasant stay but they still need comfortable chairs in the rooms

Just need to place more towels in the room.

The state was great. The front desk was amazing very clean. Will go back again.

Love the place. It has a small kitchen so I could cook dinner. Nice, new place. Second time I have booked there

Woodspring Suites South Waco is conveniently located near I-35 but far enough away that interstate noise is not as issue. It still has that new hotel look and feel. The price was right and the amenities were good. The television channel selection was generous. I liked the storage set-up with the combination of hanger space, open shelves, and drawers.

The hotel was nice but the room needed at least one comfortable chair instead of two straight back chairs

The front desk literally questioned why I wanted more than two towels for two adults. There was not a hairdryer available in the room or in the hotel. It was an extended stay, but it offered no plates, cups, etc. bare cabinets. This is extremely limited and what they offer. Choose another hotel in the area. There are plenty.
