I booked for Ramadan on March 25-April 1, the room was comfortable, clean at level * 4... the hotel seems to have just been renovated, the name has changed to new level... the distance to the Al Haram mosque is about 4km, not far if you take a taxi.... but during Ramadan it becomes expensive & there is no bus service.... there is a hotel shuttle bus, it turns out it only goes as far as Jamarot station (behind bin Dawood) if you want to go to the Haram you have to take the bus again and buy an 8sar ticket.... because we have children & it's a hassle to have to take a taxi back and forth, finally on the 30th we checked out & moved to the Zamzam tower, even though there were still rooms available until the 1st.... rather than bothering.... @list the hotel is clean & comfortable.

The staff is friendly and very helpful, the hotel is also cool. The only drawback is that it is quite far from the Grand Mosque, so you need to use a taxi.
