Beautiful place to stay in a renov ated 1880s Victorian. Room was very spacious, fully equipped with an eating area, and a nice outdoor porch. Very close to Brown University and downtown Providence.

Great location just minutes from Brown University. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was professional and helpful. The beautiful front garden added a relaxing touch to our stay. We'd happily stay here again.

Beds were comfortable and place had snacks and water for people who stayed. Parking lot was super small, lighting in rooms was terrible. Many outlets did not work and neither did the lamps. Thought this place would be better than a hotel but really wasnt.

Lots of space, felt a bit like staying at your great aunts house when she's not home.

Only one night stay. But the room is very nice, clean, and homey feeling, and it is very close to brown university. Walkable distance to major part of the university.

Really liked the unique feel of the apartment and the large size. Much better than a boring hotel.

Excellent accommodations.

Awesome property literally on Brown canpus. So convenient to walk to campus and thayer street. The monitor in the room really a plus for me when i am working with my laptop. The deco is gorgeous.

The room was very clean, spacious, and exceeded expectations to the fullest extent. I recommend, and hope to experience this lovely hotel again.

Lovely, tasteful house with beautiful furniture and charming garden. The suit was clean, spacious and thoughtfully designed. The kitchen is conveniently equipped. We would like to return if we will need accommodation in Providence.

I would definitely stay again. My family loved it, especially my girls in the Snoopy room with bunk beds. The house, garden, amenities and environment was just perfect. I sat on the beautiful porch with hanging flowers and drank my coffee and read my book. I would def go just as a relaxing getaway. Perfect! Thank you!
