Location was perfect for my stay

Great location

New hotel. Decent stay.

The building and furniture looks great but their business operations sucks. I booked a king they gave me the smallest two beds I have never seen. I requested for towels it took them 3 hours to deliver , one housekeeping came to go get towels and disappeared! I won’t stay there ever again

I tried 2 different rooms it is very small and you can hear everything around, I end up to call at 3 Am in the morning because the next room teenage just token to each other and waching some phone movie making me wake up and can’t sleep again

Long waits for the lifts which served also as service lifts. Surrounding areas were noisy and dusty with building works ongoing.

I’m really happy for selecting this hotel during my trip to Dubai. Everything went super smoothly. Excellent staff! Breakfast is superb, don’t hesitate to rent a car the have an inside free parking. Greatly recommended

In a new developing area. Few constructions. Will be more interesting in future.

Nice new hotel, well located; but in a developing area with constructions all around. It will be a fantastic place when the constructions are finished.

The property is new and trying best. But I found the amenities are that good level. Only Breakfast was the USP. Apart from that struggle with Room space, they are not big enough, not enough cupboards. amenities like indoor swimming pool, Sauna etc. are also missing. Room service is also takes lot of time to respond. Very far from City.

Great staff. Great rooms/bathrooms for the price. Limited amenities in pool area vs other hotels, but this is expected for the price.
