Hotel is very clean and looks like it was recently renovated.

Very clean

I was in town and had a friend that was going to stop by and visit and there is a no visitor rule. I think it’s crazy to not be able to have a visitor, not asking for them to stay the night. I then came back to my room and there was no power to the lights or any amenities.

This place is a little diamond in the rough! It was in a rougher part of town, but we all felt very safe. The beds were super comfortable and the room was very clean. You could walk to restaurants close by. You can definitely see the work they have put into making this a great place to stay. Internet was fast and the tv worked great. Even had a fridge and microwave. Great deal! Would stay again. Only 15 minutes from the port if taking a cruise.

The only issue that I really have was that I believe that the man charged us $100 security deposit because we were black when I look online it says that the security deposit is $60 so it needs to be what stated online or they need to change it online thank you

I really loved staying at this hotel. Very very clean. The outside didn’t really look appealing but don’t judge a book by its cover. Great customer service. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay there again.

Very basic motel. If you need just a place to sleep this is the motel for you. The service is conducted through a window, no office that you enter. Nothing fancy at all but worked well for us

Towels had boot prints on them, the bathroom door was mounted incorrectly and wouldn't close, half of the channels on the TV weren't watchable due to a poor signal/connection, there was no housekeeping, and I could hear everything happening outside of the room

This place is very clean and comfortable. Close to fast food restaurants

The checkin time was too long. Approx 30 min with no one else. They asked a a $100 deposit which was not mentioned during the time of booking which took the associate a long time to process. I was told that the deposit would get back to my card in about 8 to 10 days. This would be just a basic get away for a low budget stay. Be sure to get your own blanket to stay warm and all other basic things that you may need.

We stayed for one night because we had a cruise the next day. Place is clean, basic amenities. Good for short stays.

Good price for a nice new clean room. Very fair. The staff are very nice and accommodating. I liked this place a lot but it does get a little noisy with traffic and sirens. The hotel can’t control that and it’s not their fault so it doesn’t affect my overall rating. I would stay here again.

The rooms are very clean and the treatment of guests is very efficient. If I return to San Pedro I will return. Thank you very much for your attention.
