GREAT LOCATION AND CLEAN ROOMS.

GREAT LOCATION, ACCOMATION, AND CONVENIENCE. WONDERFUL STAY!

We got downgraded cus of an shower not working. Wish we got the same quality room in xchange , and i had to ask for an refund.they fixed it after asking for it.. And the shower not working was out of their control. The room we got had a lot of tiny ants. The bed sheet had large holes in it , they said that they woud change it but it never happened. The staff was amazing and wery friendly and helpfull , and the security guard outside was wery frienfly to. Great place to sit outside the rooms whit a terrace and sofa whit tables inside. Grab food and food delivery in rooms in no problem as they have no roomservice food. The hotel is located wery close to the bus terminal and that is wery convinient , and thats the main reason i woud considder booking here again. The price is a bit to high for what they offer.

Very nice hotel. I always stay here while in Tagum

Staff are friendly and respectful, convinient and close to everything. Only thing is that water supply are to slow and the toilet doesn't flush right away
