Very happy with my stays here. Always clean and comfortable. Staff is always great.

Stained linens, no TP, filmy surfaces, grit and dirt on floors, no TV remote, no clock, no phone.

Nice clean newer hotel.

Clean and affordable

DO NOT STAY HERE! Only stay here if you want a terrible fall. I have never experienced such slippery floors. After nearly falling in our first room, we asked for a room change because the tile floor had some sort of residue on it that was slippery like grease. We could barely shuffle along and even then our feet would slide around. The man who gave us a different room seemed unconcerned and said it was due to using "Fabuloso" on the floors. He said it like that was the explanation and we were crazy for not wanting to break our necks. The second room was only slightly better, but the floors were still extremely hazardous. We roasted all night because the air conditioner didn't work. We were in Kokomo for a conference and were busy all day late into the evening, so we didn't try to find to a different hotel for our second night. We had reported the broken AC, and they kindly gave us another room. This third room ALSO had slippery floors. It also had a shower that didn't drain. I can't believe no one has died here from a fall. We didn't expect much for such a low price, but this was downright dangerous. I would never, ever recommend someone stay here until they figure out how to properly rinse their floors (or change cleaners).

Clean and very cost effective. Well worth it

Hair from previous people in the bed. Sheets never changed. Filthy covers. Blood and mold on bathroom wall. People sleeping in vehicles in back parking lot. Security doors broken and not functional.

Even though it seemed not the typical Hamilton Inn type it was very clean and staff was nice and helpful all the time so I would give a A++ plus when my room’s A/C they were helpful to move to one that was. I literally got frozen out it was so cold in the room they switch for me. Good job !

The price was very low considering the place was new and clean and nice. However, it is nuts to have no light switch at all going into the room. I had to go into the bathroom to turn on a switch to be able to see anything in the dark when I first went in.

Great place very comfortable, really great for the price.

Room was mostly clean. There was some staining on the bedsheets and bathroom floor was dirty around the toilet. The furniture was also slightly sticky and the room had a heavy bleach smell. Otherwise, the facilities were satisfactory for the price.

You get what you pay for in a way

No amenities at all just be aware also no breakfast at all. Was good place newly remodeled but not much of a full motel

Very nice staff, accommodating! Room was fairly clean. Some cobwebs, but bed and floor was clean. No cups or glasses in room.

Threadbare towels, no cups in room, no coffee pot in room, weak shower, uncomfortable bean and pillows, toilet that would not drain, few tv channels, nothing for breakfast,and no ice in ice machine.

For the price it was good. I would take slippers or sandles to walk around in your room. Floors sticky, corners or bathroom floor were dirty, and shower floor was stained and shower current had stain on it. This does sound pretty bad but for the price I was fine with it. No bed bugs and smelled good plus the beds were comfortable.

A good value for the price.

The room was fairly clean, but it lacked cable television. The lobby area could have been a lot cleaner than it was, as far as the doors and hallway areas.
