Room smelled terrible. Found someone’s old shoes and clothes in a drawer. There was a hole in the shower ceiling. The sink leaked water all over the counter when you turned it on. The toilet was not sturdy and had some sort of small leak. There was what looked like blood on the wall in the bathroom. There were no towels in the bathroom , no comforters on the beds. Asked the front desk for towels and comforters they said they’d bring them down. They never did …. more than an hour later my wife went to the desk they gave her towels and said someone would bring comforters, they never did. The lamps had no lamp shades, the TV remote had no batteries. Very disappointing stay to say the least!!! We checked in early (had to pay extra) so we could quick run in before going to the Phillies baseball game. When we got back at night we actually looked around the room and man thank goodness we were really only there to sleep and leave.

Room was clean and very cheap this isnt my first stay . Cleanest motel near the airport and affordable!

The room smell like smoke. Very strong smell. The door would not close properly. You had to bang on it a few times and no pillows or blankets for the sofa bed. Need improvements.

Older building. Needs upgrades. Staff did pretty good but was overwhelmed. Best thing was the shuttle to airport.

No open food or bar area.

There was what appeared to be blood splattered on the wall

I was given an already occupied hotel room at first and awkwardly apologized to the person already there. Hotel staff did not even apologize about the careless mistake. There was also a random woman in the lobby attempting to sell something to me while waiting in line to check in. I would absolutely NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel was dirty doesn’t look like they changed the linen dirty and dusty hallways was dirty as well not vacuum

I’ll start with the good|…having a pool on site. That’s it. I had an absolutely terrible experience. Upon check in with my husband and 2 children, the hallways were hot, humid, and wreaked of old cigarettes and moldy carpet. The elevators felt like a death trap, and hallways are not well lit at all. The room also smelled weird, no remote for the tv, beds are like sleeping on concrete, toilets are almost coming unbolted from the floor, extremely slow drainage from sink and shower, among a million other little issues. If we hadn’t just driven 3 1/2 hours from Maryland to visit family, and could afford to book somewhere else while waiting for a refund, i would have ran outta there. But all of the above is not the worst part. While at the pool with my kids, there was a small child by himself in the exercise room. He came out to the pool area wanting to play with my kids and go swimming but he had long pants on so i told him he should probably go ask his mom or dad for some swim trunks so his pants didn’t get wet. He then told me he was here with his dad but he couldn’t find him and when he went to their room and knocked no one answered. My husband told him he’d walk him back to knock again. For over an hour we repeatedly attempted to knock on door with no answer, so i decided to notify the front desk of the situation where i was meant with a dismissive and careless attitude. I was told to hold on cause they were checking in guests. Now i understand they are running a v

I think its old, it needs renovations and thorough cleaning
