Location is great, centrally located and easy access to beaches, airport, tourist activities and attractions. Parking garage was convenient and reasonably priced. The pillow had a stench, which we had to use the extra pillow cases for more layers. The hand soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty. The hand soap dispenser in the kitchen had 2 different layers. The shampoo and body wash they provided seemed low tier quality, I had to buy toiletries as what they provided was non existent or sub par. After using their shampoo, lots of hair was falling off, I went to Target to buy toiletries and it was fine after that. They have washer and dryer for us to use, however no detergent is provided. Kitchen was clean and very organized and fully stocked with everything needed such as coffee maker (with coffee, sugar & creamer) pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils, dish soap, trash bags, etc. Even have oven, stove, and fridge. Did not have a microwave however, but that should not be a deal breaker.

Had a terrible day in a half there..the cleanliness of the room wasn’t up to par, I was unable to bathe because they had no wash clothes available,I spoke to someone the whole day and a half they kept telling me they were going to get the things I needed and no one came, the pillows given was dirty and the comforter smelled horrible , I wasn’t able to get a early check in because they claimed they were cleaning but that was a lie because no one ever cleaned anything

We had one issue with check in. The key in the app would not open the room probably due to some technical glitch, and security had to replace the scanner on the room door. The oven is a smeg digital oven. If you plan to use an oven, study up or read a manual on how to use the smeg digital oven. We did not figure out how to use the oven or the microwave, so we improvised by cooking all our meals on the stovetop. Other than that, our stay was perfect. We will definitely have this place in mind for our future stays in the Miami area.

I had a fantastic stay! Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, clear, and super helpful. The place was very clean, offered a decent amount of space, and the location couldn’t have been more central,close to everything I needed. On top of all that, the price was very reasonable for what you get. Would absolutely stay here again!

Nice and clean property good communication only thing needed is instruction how to use the stove. Quiet and safe walking distance from shopping and restaurants.

Great stay. Great location. Great price. I recommend it!

Me and my husband enjoyed our stay and the view was great! We had bayside market place which was a walkable distance, a lot of food and shopping stores there. CVS, Ross, Marshall’s, are all close. Also, a liquor store just a block away. Beautiful rooftop where you will be staying called Vela with a pool and nice little bar bites. A great gym as well and designer district is only 10 mins away without traffic! All in all you don’t want to miss this and yes they do contact you through WhatsApp but rest assured they are super communicative! The hotel is called the Yotel and they have condos, trust me you will love the Yotel Pad Condo!
