This hotel is located in a ghost town. It looks like it’s close to stuff but you can’t walk there and have to drive all the way around. Any restaurants are Chinese

This is apartments converted to Hotel so you don’t get hotel feeling . Saw small cockroach in our room. Rooms which we got was suite room was big so it’s good for one/two families. Location is not great it feels in the night little weird lot of place around looks like empty and place outside is also little odd. They claim on 6 mins from airport which is totally fake , it’s at least 15 mins away when no traffic with traffic you are looking about 20 mins +

I can't enjoy the pool because it was completely closed on Thursdays. Suttle to pick me up ,didn't show up. I waited one hour at the airport. Breakfast was very poor. No fruits at all. I am vegetarian, so i can eat only Rice and breads.

Place is kind of isolated but security is really tight, which is, in my case, a plus and makes me feel safe. No walkable restaurants though. If you use Grab to go around, it can really be a bit expensive overtime. Overall, I have a good and wonderful stay. Awesome staff.

Room was nice and big like stated online, had issues with my paid breakfast at airport transport. Not worth adding before just book the room only if you wanna stay there. No coffee in the room even though there was cream and sugar which was kinda strange. But overall my stay was nice and staff was move

Don’t recommend it, rooms are huge but place kinda sketchy, wifi is sucks we can only stay in one area if you go to the other room theres no kore wifi. was kinda scared coz it was a huge building and seems no people around. Building besides it are empty like Ghost town. the area is away from city so you have to take uber/car. Paid extra for breakfast and it was okay breakfast nothing special. all people that works there doesn’t even acknowledge you at all.. Go somewhere else and get your money worth.

The view was Amazing! All staff were friendly. Rooms were okay. First room was assign on the 26th floor had loads of cockroaches, they accommodated us to a different room to floor 22, still has cockroaches but lesser amount than the original floor, so be careful and make sure your luggage’s and bags are zip/ closed, so no roaches could get in. Had the Family suite so it was spacious and air-con in each room was nice. It was nice to add $9 to have breakfast available. The sun cafe had good choices on food purchases. The salmon teriyaki was the family favorite and the smoothies they blend. Lots of close by areas are closed, so it was quiet but could be lonely. It would be nice for the owner or whom manage the place to do something about the roaches. It was one of the not high end of a hotel and could be pricey.

Staff was very polite and helpful! Helped us move rooms when needed and called us a taxi for a very early departure to the airport. It is a little away from town and need to grab/taxi in/out of the secured area. But for the price, it is really worth it. Our room had good hot water shower, comfortable bed/bedding/pillows and the air conditioner works great. The best part is the space is large with a seating area. The pros outweigh any cons! There is also a gym and restaurant on site that we didn’t visit. Would be great to have a little fridge in the room but otherwise fantastic.

This hotel claimed to have ocean views. It sits in a cove that is super shallow and so there was not really any “ocean” to see. Just mucky, still water. The room had a few cockroaches and other crawling bugs. The king size bed was great for size but the mattress was not as comfortable as other places. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful but the service staff wouldn’t fix our hot water problem. It would only get lukewarm. Lights, a/c and tv were all hard to figure out and there was no explanation of any of them in the room. The pool looked very nice but it was unavailable because of maintenance. The breakfast was Chinese food and always cold. Overall it was ok to stay here to sleep a couple nights but definitely not somewhere I would stay for a longer time. Wi-fi was slow but it did work.

BUGS. I understand its the Philippines... but I killed about 5 cockroaches in the few days I stayed here. There is also these little flies everywhere in the kitchen/bathroom that aren't even worth killing. There is no mini refrigerator or microwave in the room, so you'll pretty much be eatting out everyday. Some of the appliances were broken, such as the toilet seat and wardrobe door. These are simple things that should be checked by hotel housekeeping and maintained by hotel maintence before renting the room out. As far as location... I wouldnt call it a slum... but its not the best. There is very little to do in the immediate area. As far as the hotel breakfast...its ok but you have to get there early as everything seems picked over and not replaced for those that come later.

They gave us a room that we didn’t book. We reserved a seaside view with 2 double beds. However, we got 1 queen size bed with no view. We saw a lot of baby cockroaches as well. Then, there is no many menu options for breakfast. Overall, the stay wasn’t a good experience for me

Good value for money, large units with comfortable bed. In locked community. Close to airport and airport transfers are great. No utensils, microwave or fridge in room but you can request. We stayed for 1 night before flying to Palawan and 1 night on our return.
