Beautiful clean and spacious comfortable room.

The hotel has been newly renovated. Everything is clean and new. I would happily stay here again. The only complaint is that we were there for 4 days and at check-in, we were told that the towels would be changed after the second day and that the rubbish bin etc would be emptied. We were ok with this, however, they were never changed, and the bin was never emptied. We went to reception the following day, and new towels were provided. It would be better if they just said to come and collect more towels and supplies when needed. This would eliminate any confusion

This was fabulous accommodation. The rooms were spacious, exceptionally clean, very comfortable and everything you needed and everything well thought out. I would definitely stay here again if I was visiting the Mount Cook area or just passing by. The shops are just up the road, everything was a short walk away.

What a nice place! Very clean and looks like it was recently remodeled. It was nice to do a small load of laundry.

This hotel was such a great experience! It was clearly a brand new hotel, and I got the premium room with the in unit laundry which was so convenient. The beds were so soft, the bathrooms were big, clean, and modern. They offered everything you could need. I think this is the nicest hotel in the area. I 100% recommend!

My friend and I were exceptionally happy with The Alps Motel Apartment Twizel. The motel is new. The room included a washer dryer, dishwasher. Really everything that we needed. Bedding was very comfortable. There is a lift to the 2nd floor. Yay!!! The owner who we dealt with, Sara, was just a lovely person. Very, very pleased with our stay.

Absolutely wonderful accommodation. This place is newly renovated and gorgeous. Everything is pristinely clean and new. The staff are exceptional….. so helpful and welcoming. If you’re going to Twizel and looking for a place to stay you should come here. You won’t be sorry!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Alps motel. Comfortable, modern, and clean facilities located at a walkable distance to the quaint town centre and only a 45-minute drive from Mt Cook Village (super easily accessible). Rob was really helpful at check-in. Would definitely recommend the Alps Motel!

This was a great place to stay! A quiet property in a quiet town close to Mt Cook and Lake Tekapo that was very clean, comfortable, and had EVERYTHING we needed. A high recommendation!
