The hotel with the worst service I've ever stayed in. It started with the airport shuttle service, which wasn't available, even though it was listed in the app. Furthermore, I requested a room with a window because I have a phobia of enclosed spaces. However, the hotel ignored my request, even though I booked the hotel on September 6, 2025, exactly two weeks before my stay. Because the room wasn't available with a window, I asked the hotel to approve a refund, which I would submit to Traveloka, because the room was unavailable. However, it seems that Traveloka and the hotel haven't been educated about phobias. Luckily, a guest was willing to switch rooms with me, so I could rest after a long trip around Pulqu Island in the Riau Islands. I hope education regarding the requests of consumers with phobias receives full attention, as this is related to mental disorders.
