very happy to stay at Lopo, the place is strategic, spacious parking, can be used for jogging directly in front of the room, direct view to Lake Toba. the staff are very friendly and responsive, the room is large with a nice interior, the bathroom is spacious, clean, and nice, the food is also quite delicious and because yesterday was the first sahur, the food was delivered to the room, and there were a lot of foods delivered. very satisfied staying there.

Everything is ok, newly renovated room, comfortable place, only 1 drawback is not satisfied with taking a shower with hot water because the hot water gets cold quickly.

nice hotel with friendly staff. don't know if it's still in process or not considering this is a new hotel, maybe the facilities can be equipped with more like a mirror in the bedroom, hair dryer, toilet tissue and a larger water heater tank so the hot water can flow longer when taking a shower (considering Tomok is quite cold) for the price of 1 million, the facilities should be more complete. thanks Lopo 🫶

for the room really like it, Because the bed is superrr comfortable. at that time ordered a room with a view of the lake.. hopefully can stop by Lopo hotel and resort again with a cool development upgrade again to make it even cooler and more comfortable for families to stay in Lopo. Thank you

My experience yesterday was booking a room on the app facing the lake, when I arrived at my destination I was given a room facing the back, I asked the receptionist, they said from the hotel's application the view was facing the back, how come it was different on Traveloka and the hotel's application, I was very disappointed, but the receptionist apologized and then gave us a dispensation plus an extra bed.

Very good, but maybe expensive hehe, it's normal for a holiday. The hotel manager is very friendly, they are patient even though there are obstacles. And don't want to be complicated like other hotels. Probably will come again hopefully there is a discount 🤣 for breakfast it's just ordinary, not that many menus. Including a little for that price. But still okay

Friendly and informative staff, I was lucky enough to get a free room upgrade. The room was clean, everything was okay. Just renovated. It happened to be raining when I checked in, it was a bit difficult because there was no lobby, the room was like a boarding house. But it was nice facing Lake Toba. In the morning, I could sit on the edge of the lake. When I stayed, it was quiet so breakfast was delivered to my room, fried rice, tea, banana, white bread, and jelly. For that price, the BF was very lacking. It should have been better.
