You should read the reviews before booking, everyone. I was so unlucky to book this apartment without reading the reviews first. I just had an extremely bad experience at this apartment. These are the bad feelings I experienced while staying here: 1. There was no goodwill to support early check-in even though it could be done, but there was a goodwill to check out late to collect a fee of 100k/hour. 2. After paying on traveloka, the apartment owner requested an additional fee of 200k, but when I asked about the reason for the surcharge, the apartment owner could not explain clearly. However, I still paid to get the room quickly. 3. The floor was not cleaned properly, it was sticky. 4. The bathroom smelled of previous guests. 5. I booked a sea view room but was given a house view. 6. There was no staff present to directly support check-in, check-out or any other services. 7. There is not a single bottle of water for customers. Even worse than other motels. 8. This is the first time I have seen a place that requires customers to clean up and take out the trash when checking out. The fee for not cleaning is 300k. 9. The mattress and pillows are hard and smell of fake rubber, the blankets are thin. Booked a room for 3 people and charged for 3 people but only prepared 2 pillows and 1 blanket for 2 people.
