EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE QUALITY 🤬
1. Check in 3 hours late to get the room, make a fuss then tell check out 1 hour, tell half an hour in advance then call 2-3 times to answer the phone, but when arriving still not finished cleaning, but the guest called for instructions to go up then said not to come down to take the guest because of cleaning, the guest find the way up :))))
2. The room does not have basic things like tissue, toothbrush, toothbrush, mineral water.
3. No staff to guide the guest.
4. The room does not have a soft bed but is like a bath on the bed, the guest wants to open the closet to find it, the closet smells, the old furniture left by the guest is still there.
5. The staff from one person to another support but no one can solve the problem.
6. Booked 2 codes, contacted in advance to arrange 2 adjacent apartments but each apartment is on 1 floor, when arriving then reported a defect to change to another apartment. The room is not like the picture at all.
7. Contact the staff to ask how to get there and give instructions for the guests to find it themselves.
9. The car arrived without instructions to drive in, I don't know, I walked in and then found out they let the 16-seat car drive in.
10. The room says full bed but it's actually a single bed.
11. The sticker says no dishwashing 200k but texted 300k.
Will not return even though it's conveniently located near the beach but the quality is so bad, so bad
