The room is very comfy & spacious, fit for family (with 2 children max.). The self check-in is very simple and easy if you read and follow the instructions carefully. In terms of location, this hotel is near Daikokucho station (1 stop to/from Namba), a 5-minute walk. You can easily find a convenience store around this hotel. I got a room at the 10th floor, but no need to worry as they have an elevator.
