even though it's just a transit, it's quite comfortable. All the menus are right on the tongue.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and had quite a funny experience. I booked three rooms at the same price, but somehow mine ended up being smaller than the other two. I asked the receptionist about it during check out, but they just ignored me. The AC in my room wasn't working properly at first, so I called a technician. They came and adjusted the settings, explaining it was a central AC system—so it takes a while to cool the room. The funny part? When it finally got cold, it got too cold, and adjusting the temperature wasn't easy at all. It was late, so I didn't bother calling again, but honestly, the central AC system isn't practical or user-friendly. Definitely not the best experience in that aspect.

The hotel was new so I had high expectations. The room was comfortable but the air conditioner was not as cold as expected. The main issue was the bathroom drainage as the shower is separated with the toilet but the drainage for the shower is in the toilet and vanity area. This area is supposed to be the dry area but due to the misplaced drainage, the area got super wet. We really hope this issue could be handled by the hotel management as we have stayed in several other Neo hotels and many Aston group hotels and we never experienced such an issue.

The staff are really friendly and helpful. They also offer airport transfers at 8 AM, 10 AM, and 12 noon. The room isn’t soundproof, so you can hear people talking, walking, and even watching TV next door. What surprised me the most was the shower area. The drainage hole is actually outside the glass shower partition, which kind of defeats the purpose. Water from the shower ends up flowing out and soaking almost half the bathroom floor. So if you want to use the sink to brush your teeth, you need to be careful about your spot—or you’ll be standing in water.

Having been to Jakarta several times and stayed near the airport, I always choose this hotel as a pleasant place to rest.

During check in, we waited quite a long time even though it was already past 14.00. The room was not soundproof, the sound of people's footsteps in the corridor could still be heard. The facilities did not indicate that this was a 4 Star Hotel.
