The check in was quick and the staff professional. The room had everything needed for a quiet night sleep and for work - fast WiFi, enough power outlets in the right places. Functional bathroom with enough warm water in the shower.

The room was decent and in a good location, but I had to deal with 2 brutal girls, who shouldn't be in this business. They aggravated me, esp Katherine

Convenient for the stadium but bed far too small for 2 people

The apartments are part of a college student dorm building so expect a young crowd. Nothing to complain there. No parking on site or nearby, you have to park on street and pay a very complicated pay and display system which also does not enable you to park 24 hours. The apartments are small and basic but modern and well kept. The one I was given for my 4 night stay was horrible though. Ants in the kitchen in the morning on a 7th floor (I have pictures) I did not leave food or anything in the kitchen (not that it matter as even if I left food I should not find ants in the morning) I had hundreds of ants in the sink. AC ventilation could not be switch off unless you remove the card to provide power to all the unit and if you do so the light in the card switch was so strong you needed a mask in the room. I was also given an apartment were the bed frame was against a wall with the elevators on the other side. I left earlier than booked due to the poor conditions and the terrible experience. There is no coffee maker in the apartment or a toaster. It was a total disaster.

Little better than a hostel. A tiny double bed hard against the wall meaning one of the couple have to climb over the other person to go to the toilet at night.

Room is nice and clean; onsite parking with a reasonable price is a plus. Convenient location! Highly recommend this place!

Very well located peaceful accommodation within a real neighbourhood with plenty of local shops and restaurants and bars Room was comfortable only thing missing were a hair dryer and kettle Staff very nice can store luggage at nearby building

The room I stayed in was great. It was a little out of the way, but then again, Bilbao is an easy city to walk around as well as to get around. I like to travel light so I do my laundry on trips. They're facilities were good and the gym was fine.

Apartamentos super limpios, nuevos y cómodos. Se aparca muy bien en la calle aunque es zona de pago. La habitación muy bien equipada, espaciosa, con cocina, utensilios, microondas, nevera... Instalaciones generales muy buenas con un gimnasio con maquinaria bastante nueva.

Para descansar está muy bien cerca d centro de la Ciudad

Todo fue genial, recomendable 100%. El personal de recepción muy atento y amable, ayudando en todo lo que necesitaras.

Un alojamiento muy moderno y limpio. Muy recomendable. Nos extraña que en los cinco dias no se haya pasado nadie a limpiar ni siquiera a cambiar las toallas ni una sola vez pero desconozco si esto es asi en los apartamentos porque es la primera vez que utilizamos esta modalidad. En la habitacion de al lado fumaban algo de un olor muy molesto y no fue posible localizar a nadie del hotel es la unica cosa negativa que no hay nadie responsable del hotel por la noche.

Mon séjour dans cet établissement a été génial. Le logement était propre et bien équipé. Le quartier est très calme ça permet de se détendre et pour les sportifs y trouveront leur bonheur dans cet établissement ainsi que dans le quartier (parc).
