The accommodation provided excellent service and the staff were lovely and helpful with everything we asked for. However, the photos in the booking app did not match the actual room. We had to upgrade to get the room type we wanted upon arrival. I would like the app to be updated to accurately reflect the room types so that other guests don't get confused like we did.
