First we were not able to get into the property for a couple hours! Then we get in and its SOOO cold! We were told that they would send someone out to look at the heater. Supposedly someone came out the next morning. Well try sleeping when your freezing! We had to get another B&B. I have spoken to this company many times about my problems and was not given any decent answers. They refuse to refund any portion since "we had someone come look and it works". I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. I WILL NEVER STAY IN ONE OF THEIR PLACES AGAIN. THIS PLACE IS RAN BY LUSSOSTAY. I have emailed multiple times. I was once again asked to leave a review so LUSSOSTAY here you go. Now had the house had heat this place would have been nice. There was some water damage spots in the bathrooms that made the place smell too but we were willing to look past that. We could not look past the heater being broken. There was even a block of ice on the lines by the heater. How can there be ice in a heater closet if the heater is working???
