Fine for what I needed.

For the amazing last minute price I received I give this a good review. I did not give 5 stars as one of the bed wasn't great instead it was very worn. For my purposes and the location I desired for business I found it a good choice. It was also clean.

Use to be a decent cheap place to stay for a night or 2, but it has become decrepit, dirty and rundown. It is cheap though in Coral Gables.

Liked price. Didn't like poor maintenance, attention to details, hallways cleanliness, noisy.

Calm place

Needed a quick last minute hotel room due to death in family. Definitely a no frills hotel, no coffee maker and no coffee in lobby. For the price, the room served it’s purpose for one night.

Great location for what I needed

Is old, outdated furnishings, but clean. Noisey. Served our purpose and would stay there again. Cant expect Taj Mahal for the price.

Some rooms face a busy 3 lane street with 45 mph traffic. Some noise during the night. Hurricane proof windows mitigate noise somewhat.

The property is the closest motel to UofMiami campus. Great location, strong AC, easy parking, cable tv all work smoothly and easily. Very basic, but a bit noisy with the highway and train close by. Overall, great value if you are only needing a bed and shower and convenience to the campus.

The Place is Clean and comfortable inside the rooms. Decor is old but functional. It was a clean safe stay. Would definitely say again for single traveler.

Price is reasonable but the room is dirty, everything is old ( floors, walls, funiture, bathroom, everything is falling apart). Very very noisy it's located on a very busy highway and train pass by every 20 minutes. WIFI doesn't work so if you plan to do some work forget about it.

I lost my key and they didn’t have anybody working the desk overnight. The staff told me it’s my fault and not their problem. I wouldn’t recommend anybody stay here. Don’t let the price fool you.

The hotel is pretty old. The person in the front desk is very courteus. My surprise ss that they charge $10.00 daily for parking. When I did the reserve that was not mentioned.

I never stayed here or booked here and they are trying to charge me.
