I've stayed here twice. It's not boring, close to the town square, and perfect for a large family.

The villa and its facilities were excellent. However, the lack of staff or security guards made check-in a bit confusing.

The hotel is comfortable, nice, very pleasant.

Each room has a bathroom, TV and living room, clean swimming pool, strategic location, just walking distance to Batu town square, nice villa, recommended.

The location is very good, just walking distance to the town square, ample parking, the villa is very comfortable, complete facilities, everything works well, the swimming pool is clean, Wi-Fi, karaoke and there is billiards

The villa is clean, well-equipped, and beautiful. I love this villa; it's great.

Room 4 is functioning properly. Room 3 has an error due to leaks above the bathroom. Room 2 has a TV error. Room 1 has a TV error and the shower is also faulty.

Found a hidden gem of a comfortable, clean villa with 4 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a swimming pool in Batu City. There's mini billiards. At night, there's a capcay fried rice noodle vendor out front who makes it pretty good. Close to Batu City Square. Less than a 10-minute walk. Hot water is also available. Unfortunately, karaoke isn't available. And bathroom number 2 doesn't have a flush. There are only two fans (in both rooms), even though Batu is hot. 🥵 Everything else is fine.

Definitely awesome, highly recommended even though it's a bit scary at first 😁

Worth it with the location close to the recreation center

The swimming pool is nice and clean. The bathroom water heater works well. The parking lot is spacious and the location is strategic, close to everywhere. Moreover, you can just walk to the Batu town square.

The price is ok, complete facilities, there are 4 rooms, each room has a living room, bathroom, water heater and there is a TV in each room. The villa is clean. The swimming pool is clean, if I go to Batu, I will definitely stay here again

You can add an extra bed because each room is large, there is a living room, bathroom, TV in each room. And the swimming pool is good, there is a swimming pool for children too. TOP, good
