Great value place, great food next door at the restaurant perfect base for business in the Lincoln area

Clean room every day by house keepers, hats off for their hard work, listened to by staff and very helpful.

The hotel was ideally located a few miles out of Lincoln off a main road so was easy to find. The staff were really friendly and helpful and our room was conveniently located on the ground floor. There was no air con but we did have a fan which helped in the warm weather. A couple of stains on the carpet and a really dirty shower head could do with addressing. We eat in Damon’s Restaurant for dinner and breakfast and the staff were really helpful (apart from An initial massive overcharge on a drinks bill which they did sort for us) food was great - American diner type food 👍

The hotel was good and the staff were excellent, but it has changed since the last few times we stayed there. The adjacent restaurant was open fewer hours. Hopefully that will change soon.

Everything was excellent.

Clean room . Old fashioned Motel . Nobody’s in the bar and food stopped at 9pm . Got there late on Friday after work so had no dinner. Looked good free parking . Got to the room banging average . Glad I only stayed one night at £60 Bea cause it is not worth any more . On a motorway away out the road of Lincoln town centre . 5 miles away. Limited dining once restaurant had shut . Functional for a nights sleep.

Great stopover at Damons Hotel. Lincoln. There was a lovely big entrance door to room which I managed to manoeuvre my mobility scooter easily. We were 1st room through the door from reception. Normally the rooms are up a level or two through three doors which are not easy to go through while trying to manoeuvre a scooter & then you take about 3 attempts before you can get into the narrow door of your rooms. So top marks for Damons hotel. Breakfast was delicious too. That's why I gave 5 stars.

Excellant Hotel,very helpfull staff,brilliant location.

Very clean with friendly helpful staff. However, our room (103) was very tired with broken blinds and to have the window open there was no where to latch it. Had to balance the arm on the outside sill which, as on the ground floor felt very unsafe. The rooms could do with air conditioning as a fan is not adequate in the hot weather we have been having. Good value if you just need a bed for the night.

Good location, staff very friendly and helpful with easy access into Lincoln, would recommend and stay again.

The room was nice. The bathroom could do with a bit of maintenance. The only real problem was that though the reception and bar had air conditioning the bedrooms didn’t. Which wasn’t good in temperatures of nearly 40 degrees. We were given a small fan which didn’t work. The receptionist did find another one but without a guard which she swapped over from the other fan which was a bit better but still not enough. But the room was hotter that the temperature outside which was saying something. It was breathtaking
