Staff was helpful on checkin. Room was well appointed and comfortable.

Clean room, friendly staff, great location and price!

We asked for an early check-in, knowing thay we would pay more but the receptionist was not aware of any of there - they were kind enough to not charge the fully price for early check in. After checking in, we got to pick from 3 different apartments to stay, none of them were the one that we booked for - i guess a nice distraction having 3 options but none was the one that we picked. Good location but across the tiny lounge area, there was a big tech company so everyone could see us like we could see them - no much privacy. The fridge is wayyyy to small for 4 people that are spending a week here. No dishes/trays provided to use the oven, so you will need to buy at least some foil if you want a basic quick pizza. We left a pair of airpods behind and even when telling them that i would pay for the delivery, its been 5 weeks since our stay and no airpods to be seen. Communication its poor and i need to call again to understand where the airpods are.

Great location ten minute walk from the tube. Lots of cool locations near by. Was a bit noisy with street drinkers on Fri and Sat. Building cat was super friendly too.

A fair amount of noise in the building and outside it. The check in was slightly uncomfortable as the space/reception felt more like a cupboard and the foyer was into a stairwell with no signage or clear instructions. I was glad that my colleagues were very understanding and definitely wouldn’t book again with work colleagues. One of our group lost her key card and was made to wait in her room for 20 minutes while they found a solution which seemed to be a big issue despite us paying an additional £20 for the lost key card as they ‘don’t have any extras’. The rooms were run down with stained bed sheets and faded towels and dirty curtains but in the most part the bathroom and kitchen were clean. Some plug sockets in the rooms didn’t work and some rooms didn’t have windows.

Good location, but there are better places to stay in this price range. The room I got was relatively clean, but tired. The shower curtain rail came off at one point. The co2 alarm was going off with an incessant beeping due to low battery just as I arrived, and this was fixed by just ripping the alarm off, by someone standing on the kitchenette counter in bare feet. It's was all bit too chaotic.

Room was clean, heating and air condition good, bed was comfortable. Hotel was good enough to let me depart a little later than planned with no charge.

What a find for a such a competitive rate! Super friendly staff (Ali) very clean room & great facilities with mini kitchen & updated on-suite bathroom. Very close to restaurants & coffee shops, plus excellent location.

I got ringworm from either the sheets or bath towels.

Overall I had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Old Street Station and close to lots of restaurants, bars, shops and transport links, which made it ideal for exploring London. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the basics you need. The staff were friendly and helpful, which added to the positive experience. I would recommend staying here
