Very comfortable stay

It felt very modern while trying to make good use of space.

Hotel was clean, nearby the train station and staff was very helpful and friendly! Room was also big enough for 3 pax and had various amenities such as stove, washing machine and airdresser. But do note that there is no dryer and we did not see any utensils in the room.

The property is brand new and beautiful. I am not sure anybody had ever stayed in our room, but I don’t also think people checked the room. The shower leaked into the toilet room because of improper caulking there was still blue plastic in the sink all of that didn’t really matter, except for the leak of the shower. A little bit secluded for dining at night. In the second bedroom, there is no place to put your suitcase none.The full size washing machine and almost full-size refrigerator was quite the benefit there are, however, no plates,No utensils, no Bowles. If they’re gonna use this room as a short term stay, it would be great to offer laundry soap for one use At the front desk. Beautiful property but didn’t fit in to the neighborhood. The view was terrible as they are under construction next door.

We came in early from LA and the staff let me checked in early so we can rest. Very grateful to all of them.

Very spacious rooms.

Hotel is new, All the properties are very good. Inside of room has everything what we need, but all the properties such as oven, microwave, washer don’t have English label. I guess people who don’t speak Korean would be difficult for them to use all the properties.

Lots of dining options and very new facilities

We were very excited about this hotel as it had all the right ingredients to be the perfect stay. However, this was not the case. The room consistently had a foul sulfur-like scent. When we first checked in, the hotel staff did not acknowledge that there was a scent issue, but was accommodating in moving us to another room. However, this was only helpful for two days until this room began to smell as well. For the price we paid and the reviews, we thought this would be a highlight of the trip, however, we enjoyed our time in Seoul in spite of our accommodation.

Very clean rooms. Staff were amazing and very helpful. Great location, minutes from a subway station and many convenience stores nearby. Overall good stay.

Amazing hotel. I was too comfortable on the hotel that I never wanted to leave the hotel.

友達親子4人で宿泊しました。2ベッドルームとリビングキッチンがとても便利でした。 ２日目の清掃の際に初日履いたスリッパを廃棄されたのが残念でしたが、快適に過ごせたと思います。グループでの宿泊は最高に良かったです。

新しいホテルなのもありとても清潔で、部屋に洗濯機と乾燥機がある(スイートバルコニールーム)のが便利でした。ただ、本当に1つだけ早急に改善していただきたいのが、シャワーブースとトイレが隣にあるのですが、シャワールームからの水がトイレにまで流れてきて。。(おそらく隙間がきちんと閉じてなく穴が空いてるのかと思います)毎度毎度トイレがびしゃびしゃになりました。こちらが改善されれば文句なしのホテルだと思います！次回の渡韓時にも利用したいと思えるホテルでしたのでぜひ改善をお願いします。

素敵なお部屋でグレードアップしていただきました。ほぼ寝るだけの滞在で残念😢また利用したいです。

很新交通很便利的飯店但前台服務有待加強，維護的狀況也需要加強因為不到半年的飯店乾濕分離既然已經漏水了！
