Unique place, best location, and friendly staves.

Great location, clean rooms.

This property was great. The rooms are cozy and clean. Be aware that the outside of the property near the entrance smells but the lobby does a good job of keeping it covered with nice scents when you enter. Also the rooms are super quiet but my room location had construction going on right outside the entire night. Not the properties fault but something to ask about before room assignment.

Incredible place and staff

My parter and I stayed here for 3 nights to explore San Antonio during Fiesta week. The room was small but comfortable and clean. The staff was nice and helpful. The location is great for downtown San Antonio. Very walkable area. The parking did take awhile to get our car but other than that no issues and I would stay here again.

Perfect place for a weekend getaway!

I loved this hotel. It made me feel like I was in New York! The vibes and how it looked. The front desk ladies were very welcoming and attentive. The food was beautiful and very clean. The view was a plus! Definitely will come back to stay.

This was the loudest place I have ever stayed. The constant noise was ridiculous. We were on the 5th floor and it sounded like we were on the first floor with our windows open.

It is in a perfect location-within 3 -5 min walk to River walk and Alamo. Only issue was that there are no black out curtains and everything in the room is white which made it all the more brighter at 7am Lol

Great hotel to stay if you are wanting to enjoy the Riverwalk with some friends.

The property is right off the Riverwalk, which was nice because there was access to a lot of things to do and restaurants. Also the room was very clean and I really liked the hardwood floors.

This hotel had a fabulous location and was convenient to everything. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. We checked in a few minutes earlier and staff allowed us a late check-out. The room was very nice. The area was busy and was a little loud, but ear plugs were provided or if you prefer a sound machine. I like being close to everything, so it was a great solution. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. I was very pleased with this hotel and I would definitely stay again.

Public parking 2 minute walk. $10 for 24hrs very convenient. Centrally located for walking around River Walk and downtown San Antonio. 2 minute walk to Alamo and River Walk Boat tours, restraints, and entertainment. Vehicle street noise at night between 9-11 pm but tolerable. Very enjoyable stay.

The room was adorable and very clean! Great kitchen with keurig coffee! THEN….. The city trash truck arrived at 4:30am which is extremely loud! Now I know why ear plugs are provided!

Great location close to a lot of restaurants however the noise at night made it impossible to sleep-something to consider when traveling with small children like we were. Sound machine did help a bit but not much, valet charge downtown also something to consider

Front desk is always busy. The girl during the day was much better than the other one. Everything was find until I saw a dead roach behind my bathroom door.

Great location with easy access to all attractions. The staff was very nice. The washer on the third floor didn’t work properly.

By far the best hotel I’ve stayed at. The staff is amazing, and the hospitality is top-notch. The room setup was really impressive—fully equipped kitchenette with a stove, pots and pans, kettle, and plenty of storage. They even had quality products stocked and Netflix ready to go on the TV, which was super easy to set up. I genuinely look forward to staying here again

We loved the hotel and the staff. The River Walk is less than a minute walk away.
